Clean but a little cramped(when compared to US hotels). Great location and walking distance to multiple attractions tions and squares. I stayed in a preferred room that included free mini bar and coffee maker. There is an extra charge for additional people staying in your room.

Thank you to the very friendly and helpful reception staff - we were at the hotel for the day while waiting for the ferry to Palermo and had use of a room and the waiting area. It was a great relief on a very hot day with lots of luggage. The staff were very accommodating and efficient. Thank you

Not a great hotel, bed sheets and towels dis not get changed for our entire stay! Even when it was obvious they needed cleaning. The room wifi didnt seem to work and staff were not welcoming. Not a great mercure experience

Nice hotel in central location. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately a construction site right in front of castel nuovo doesn't allow for the great view that the lunch terrace was conceived for

They are in a wonderful location that is walking distance to the greatest pizza in the world and the birth place of pizza. The room is a very nice size for italy, most of our rooms have been half this size. The room service and food arrive very quickly and the staff has been very helpful with questions.

Visited the hotel on november for 1 night. Personnel is friendly and professional. Big rooms with silent air conditionin system. Only point to complain was the window isolation of the room on the street. Too noise because of some technical problem on window borders but I think was my room only. Good breakfast.

Very lovely, comfortable environmentally conscious hotel. From the outside it looks like most of the buildings surrounding. However, once u get into the room it's sumptuous and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning WORKED, lots of little shower tells and shampoos that smelled heavenly, even though I brought my own I used the ones offered and LOVED the shower tells. The people, in addition, were patient and very kind, very helpful. We hit a problem with our card and they waited patiently while I called and fixed the Minot issue, but it took over an hour on the phone to do it!!

We loved this hotel, it's people, and all Napoli had to offer. Thank u for a lovely experience ;-)
