Great looking hotel but toilet didn't work the best shower is awesome but no idea how to use it. I feel this hotel is fun in the summer but stuff isn't open in the fall

Carta Romana is a great unique spot. Pity that those guys owning and running the hotel do not know what they are doingBadly run and quite dirty. So stay somewhere else in Ischia and go to Carta Romana by taxi boat and stay at Eden or simply enjoy the day there (excellent cuisine!l

Low Season bargain! £150 for a week b&b with BA, it is a bit tatty but cleaner than most travelodges iv stayed in and every room has a balcony that takes in the castle, vesuvius, sorrento and capri. Definitely value for money. Its only a 40 minute walk from the port, we did it with our suitcases after arriving at midnight on the late boat. It made for a pleasant week.

Came in low season. Great view of the castle. Breakfast was lackluster and there was a lot of noise due to renovations. Bus service was not running, though there is a stop nearby that I assume runs in peak season. About a 40 min walk to the Port, slightly less to the Point. €15 gets you to either place by taxi. I imagine when it's more crowded it's a great place to be, but I'd avoid it during low season next time.
