This hotel is very clean the staff especially Emanuel is very helpfull. He made sure we knew where we were going and kept us laughing.we also loved his dog. The breakfast were perfect to get us going.

We were treated great by the staff. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and funny. The breakfast was good. The location was around 15 min walk from the center of Florence. The rooms were kept clean.

Great location and friendly reception staff. The rooms are large but need a little refreshing. Air conditioner and fridge didn't work. We had mosquitos in our room which interrupted our sleep. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Easily accessible by car, staff was ok, rooms fairly large and clean. Breakfast was ok-ish, but nothing exceptional I would say. Coffee quality way below what one could expect in Italy.
We reserved, quoting, "room with patio access", but as it turned out, there is no patio access from the rooms and additionally, its closed because of winter. Rooms were rather old and tired, especially equipment like a heater, switches, etc. Heating was not really working and it was quite cold in the room. Big gap around and under the bathroom door.

Nice little hotel, placed in the middle of Florence. Very close to the town square and the river. Staff and owner are helpful, and if there is anything wrong then they sort it out. Breakfast is decent, variety of food. Beds are fairly comfortable, had a couple of good night sleeps. However, there is no lock on the bathroom.

Had a great stay here with a room overlooking the river. Staff was friendly and accomodating to everything I needed. A bit pricey.
