Staff was very kind, prepared to help you with anything. food was good and the cook was very kind, came from kitchen to check id everything was fine. Even if we were partying on the terace in the evening, there was not a single problem. It is a little bit away from city center, bit in 30minutes, you can reach it by bus

The hotel was very clean with nice rooms. The staff was courteous and most helpful. Breakfast included a wide selection comparable to any other hotel I stayed at in Italy.

Great hotel, clean throughout, friendly staff. About 3 minutes from tram station, then 15 mins tram ride to main train station which is close to the centre.
Air conditioning was working but did not seem to cool air much even at max settings.
Breakfast buffet is pretty good.
You can park on the street if you have a car, it's free just follow the sign rules regarding street cleaning.response / report this review -

If you visit Florence and you are looking for affordable accommodation, then I highly recommend this hotel.
It may not be located in the heart of the city, but a tram station is close by, which makes it easy to quickly reach the center.
The rooms are small, but they are clean and well equipped. The television and air conditioning are free to use.
Continental breakfast is served in the mornings. The selection of food is fairly wide. They offer toast, ham and cheese, croissants and cereal, along with coffee, tea and orange juice.
The staff is nice and helpful.
The hotel is located on a busy road, which means it can be sometimes noisy, but I would not call this a deal breaker.response / report this review -

4 stars. The hotel is quite good, staff is OK, but location is not the best and rooms are quite simple. Do order room with balcony, if you get room on last floor it's the best, with huuuuge balcony

Nice hotel in the center of a residential neighborhood, easy to reach the hotel Nearby walk of 5 minutes and a train station which leads you to the city
