THe absolute worst hotel we have stayed at in all of Italy. The staff is terribly rude and the rooms are infinitely worse than the staff's attitudes. We had bugs in one room and were moved to another room that was just as bad. After our first night there, the cleaning staff broke glass in our room on the floor and on the bed and decided to put the same bedding right back on and not completely clean the floor. This resulted in a bunch of cuts on my feet as I got into the bed and under the covers.
The manager did NOTHING to rectify any of these issues and ended up blaming us for the complete lack of cleanliness of the hotel.
I will never come here again, and I recommend you avoid this hotel as well.response / report this review -
