I was looking for good food reasonably priced in Reykjavik quite recently, and wandering through downtown, I came across Uno. It advertised quite visibly its two salmon dish, so I decided to try it, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salmon, the excellent preparation and the low price. The rest of the menu is also commendable for choices and prices, definitely lower than the cafes and restaurants in this part of Reykjavik.

Cozy but slow service. The price quality relation was not good

My hamburger was very good and my girlfriend's catch of the day too. Nice terrace, quick service, icelandic-fair prices.

Order Icelandic beer, then go across the street to Hot Dog stand and order a hot dog. This place is terribly expensive! One meal $ 80.00. US.

Loved the appetizers! Everything we had was beautifully presented and yummy. Scallops, lobster and cod fillet. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. Even on a busy night we got our drinks and food quickly. Prices were reasonable. Visited again on a separate occasion and had cappuccino and cake and sat outside in the sun. Great place!

Great cocktails, lovely place for food and drinks. Nice, friendly staff and the price much better than what I'm used to in Iceland.

We came here on our final night in Reykjavik, it wasn't our first choice of restaurant but as it was a Friday and we'd come out for dinner quite late (after 9pm) everywhere was either full or had an hour wait.

After reading some good reviews on here my partner suggested that we eat here and we were not disappointed!

He ordered the cod and I ordered the lamb, it was the first time either of us had sat down and not spoken to each other throughout a meal, that's how good it was!

Also would recommend the local (green) dip and bread, it was really nice despite the unappetising colour.

As it was late and there was hardly anybody In the restaurant service was quick, friendly and with a smile.

My partner has some serious picky issues when it comes to food, we've been together 14 months and eaten out pretty much every week since being together and I've never heard him as happy about any of the food we've eaten apart from here. He gave his compliments to the chef! I nearly died!

    Would recommend without hesitation.

Great location. The food is inspired and there are good beers on tap. The staff is friendly to travelers and ready to speak English if required.

Good food, friendly service, and a semi-casual atmosphere. We had a nice dinner here!
