We were let down by another car rental company, the employee manning the desk at 7pm on the 2nd December could not have been more helpful in assisting us to hire a car and be on our way. I hope his manager reads this.

Nice, friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact car we had asked for but the upgrade was even better.
The car itself was spotless and the way up to the parked cars is mostly shielded from the elements.response / report this review -

A computer problem gave us an inexpensive car price we confirmed. When we get there they notice the problem then they said they will honor the price by the manager. When we turned the car in we were held hostage until we paid 586 for a two day rental. I am very upset about this and will never use this company again.

I don't remember his name but the guy at the counter was friendly and patient. We had to change our car to an automatic transmission so we could both drive, so he had to change a bit of the paperwork.
