Extremely Poor! Pick up was late by 30min, then I had to wait for 1.5hours. Car was not ready!

The 'service' desk agent gave me a smaller car than I reserved and paid for, and when I asked if it was the same size, he said, 'sure, it's the same "class" as the one I reserved'. I didn't realize until I got in it, that it wasn't what I paid for. Dishonesty at a level that you would not expect from a company of this size.

They were the cheapest car rental company that we had heard of. But the service was below par. First they gave us a car with dodgy brakes that failed - luckily we were driving slow at the time, otherwise we would probably have had a large accident. When we tried to complain, the staff at the airport were indifferent and didn't care. Didn't give us even a discount.
Eventually I had to write to head office and a refund was given. Shame - sounds like the company could be OK if it wasn't for individuals who don't care about customer service. I would avoidresponse / report this review
