  Staff there is really welcoming and open minded for problem solving. I was surprised about the good attitude.

  The middle aged woman at the reception has really bad attitude, treated our family like we are unwelcome guest, and they even downgraded our car from Subaru outback to Subaru Forester, the trunk space is obviously smaller than the car we ordered. She said the car we ordered is not available because of car crash, instead of informing us before our trip, she decided to downgraded without any compensation, and gave us the "not my business" look, it's definitely the worst car rental experience I've ever had. The woman who has this signature should get fired!!
  Other staffs were really nice and professional, I appreciate their assistance.

  Gravel protection-t érdemes kötni, mert az utak miatt szükséged lesz rá. Mindent összevetve megfelelő autót kaptunk és nem volt semmi problémánk.

  The worst car rental company we have ever experienced. For a small damage (as shown in the photo), they charged us ISK116,110. So crazy! And the staff is Super slow when we return the car. It took over 1 hour while there is no queue, and we almost missed our flight!

  Bad service, mistreatment of customers, long wait time. Also they tried charging my credit card twice after I had left the island, without any agreement from me to do so. The brown haired gentleman at the service counter exacerbated the problems. He should be fired.

  Reykjavik rent a car got me out of a really tight spot. I couldn't hire a car without a credit card. They came to pick me up and took me to their office. It took less than half an hour for them to sort out a vehicle.
  
  The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I would recommend Reykjavik rent a car to anyone.
