A very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Rooms were well equipped, neat and had plenty of space. The location was just out of the city. No real views but a very short walk to the centre of town.

Clean and comfortable. The cook top was amazing. We went to a Bonus nearby to buy breakfast food daily, since the food in Iceland was so expensive. It saved. us tons of money! We were centrally located, so if you take public transit, there are stops nearby. We rented a car and parked on the street. There is free parking on the main road, very nearby. Don't be deterred by the fact there is no parking lot. I would definitely stay again.

I would appreciate if it was mentioned that the apartment is in the basement. Good location although very close to a busy/ noisy road.

Pretty and quaint. Fell in love with it on my very first day in Iceland. Nicely located, right near the waterbodies , and easily picked up by the tour operators!

Very clean place and excellent communication when booking. Church and lake view from our 2nd story room. It was within walking distance of their Main Street and a 5 minute walk to Hard Rock Cafe

There is nothing luxurious about these apartments. They are very basic. Do not expect any services. A property manger does answer the phone, from somewhere remote. She had a very negative attitude and did not provide any help. Worst of the five hotels we stayed in on our trip to Iceland.

Amenities were top notch, even included coffee sachets, sugar, milk, eye masks and ear plugs. Beautiful location right next to the promenade , yet free parking within 2-3 mins walk and city centre too within walkable distance. Over all we had a very great stay and would highly recommended.

Nice place in a wonderful location. We really enjoyed the flat, nice size with great amenities. Checkin was easy, and the wi-fi was nice. If you've read my other reviews, you'll see a trend when the wi-fi is nice. Slept well and oh the bathroom is small and the shower doors are quite fun! We loved it!

Excellent stay here. Good location, not right in the heart of the city but an easy 5 minute walk to the main streets. Lovely staff who got us everything we asked for. Decent small kitchen so we could make our own food instead of having to eat out for every meal. Cute little balcony that gave a nice view of the lake close to the apartment. Overall perfect apartment for what we were there for (weekend vacation) and I would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing place! Big rooms and nice amenities. Location is wonderful too. There's a museum with a cafe next door if you want breakfast. All in all, highly recommended.

A cozy and homey place to stay. It has a great location just outside of the main part of Reykjavik. The gray line buses are able to pick you up and drop you off right at the apartments.

Lovely little apartments in the centre of Reykjavik. The centre and all the sights are within walking distance. Very little price difference to a hotel, but the advantage of being able to cook your own meals is a real deal-maker. We cooked 3 out of 4 meals in, having been aware of the high meal prices in Iceland. The apartments are pleasant and clean; indeed, we went out one morning having left our dishes from the night before's dinner (intending to do them when we returned) and were surprised to find that they had been cleaned while we were out.
