Great location, free parking and wi-fi, tv with many stations, amaing view of Reykjavik, everyting necessary for a home away from home. We cooked every evening and the kitchen was well appointed. What's not to love?

Fantastic location 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Thankfully it had a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and the usual small appliances. It would be VERY expensive to have to eat out for every meal. The Kronan grocery was a 10 minute walk

This was an ok stay; I would say that it was a very basic accomodation. Bathroom didn't have handwash or toiletries. Lights in the apartment were a bit dim. The apartment we stayed in also had paint chips all over and there was no headboard!

The hotel itself is great, if not centrally located but that is not the fault of this establishment. Cozy, clean room.

Pictures look good. But don't be surprised. You will see dirty pillows, cushions and blankets. I had to message the manager and had them to bring new sets of linens. Price is not bad for location.

Not too bad. It was good for the price i paid. Though, i travelled throughout iceland most of the time and only stayed at night, bolholt was very easygoing and i enjoyed the simple services they provided.

Very nice in the way they presented themselves, though they should check with a couple of rooms towards the end that can get pretty chilly because their heaters don't work as well :(

Overall, I am content despite that small issue!

Decent place to stay and not far from the downtown core. The bathroom could have been cleaner and checkin instructions were not emailed as promised. The fire alarm also went off at 6am.

A good place to stay in Iceland. It's at a central location, no strings attached self service apartments. You book online walk in and an envelope with the key will be waiting for you, check yourself in and on the day of checkout drop the key in the keybox and you are out of there.

The place it well located and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, it was a 5 days stay and they never came over for a basic cleaning, we were stuck with our trash. Also they screwed up our reservation and we ended up being 5 people sleeping in a two single beds apartment.
