The flat (we went for the luxury one) was very big, the kitchen was well-equipped and it was all very reasonably priced. The check-in and check-out were very simple and convenient.

We were staying for 9 days and while the rooms were clean and well equiped in the first few days, the rooms were never cleaned during our stay. We only got new towels every two days. The floor and bathroom were never cleaned and we ended up buying toilet paper on our own because the service never did anything else than bringing new towels.

Our family of five stayed here on our first night in Reykjavik. Our apartment was a bit difficult to find but aside from that, very nice, warm and clean.

Located in the center of Reykjavik. Does across restaurants bakeries and other tourist attractions. The Wi-Fi in the apartment is fine. The apartment is spacious

Stayed here February 25th to 28th. Apartment had everything we needed, very clean and warm. Bed very good, slept well every night.
Excellent position, close to everything you need.
Would highly recommend.
Come and go as you please.
Would stay there again no problem.

Bait and switch location. Office only is located on Laugavegur street. Actual room you get assigned could be anywhere in the area (and they don't tell you until after your cancellation window closes).
Emailed about dirty sheets, published wifi password not working, and getting a single bed when reserved two beds and they ignored emails.
(Maid came a day later with clean sheet, so I know emails were received)
Room was decent, though not serviced daily.
Really unusual experience for Reykjavik where service everywhere else is excellent.response / report this review -

Easy instructions to arrive and get in. Apartment was very clean, the only exception being a blood stain on the sofa bed sheet, which we changed for another one available in the apartment. All 5 of us slept well and made good use of the kitchen and common area. Would surely recommended.

The Luna Hotel Apartments were fantastic. Located on the main Strip, it is close to most of the city's bars and restaurants. The place was very clean, and we'll furnished. I would definitely consider staying again.

We arrived at 2 am but were greeted by a very friendly and competent host who gave us just the right amount of information for that hour of the night and effectively got us to our very nicely furnished rooms. Highly recommended
