Flottur staður hjá Hvítá í Borgarfirði. Einstaklega skemmtilegt, nýuppgert hús með geiðveiku útsýni. Allskonar matur í boði. Hér eru stundum haldnir tónleikar, böll, barnajólaböll og fleira. Gott kaffi. Margt skemmtilegt í boði í nágrenninu, stutt í Húsfell og Hraunfossa. Flottar gönguleiðir meðfram Hvítá.

The restaurant is nicely situated close to Hraunfossar. On a cold day we enjoyed a nice lamb soup. The staff is really friendly, there's even a small shop in there. Make sure to pass by when you're in the area.

This past June we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brúarás. Thanks to a tip from an employee at Reyholt, we found the restaurant within days of its opening. The food and coffee were delicious, and Martha took time to help us plan a lovely drive through the local scenery.
