The staff here is phenomenal. The views of the city are fantastic. The spa is top notch. The food and drinks for breakfast and pre-dinner in the Executive Lounge are excellent. Absolutely 5 stars all the way. Would recommend to anyone and everyone traveling to Reykjavik, Iceland.

We loved staying at the Hilton Nordica! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The breakfast there was the best we had in the entire country. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall great hotel of Hilton standard. Staff service was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are cosy, contemporary and comfortable. The communal areas from lounge, gym and restaurant are well kept and presentable.

Only let down was the previously free bus shuttle to town offered by Hilton was removed during our time there (December).

Great hotel. Though our room was small, it was nevertheless comfy! The staff was very friendly, not to mention super witty and helpful. The hotel had a gym that was 24/7 which my husband couldn't get enough of. The lady at the front desk for the tours must have been tired seeing my face everyday to confirm if the northern lights tour was still happening on that day! 😆 Nevertheless, she was always available to provide information or help us reschedule. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property, excellent staff. Flights into Reykjavik arrive early morning, and the hotel was well prepared for the influx of luggage to store before our rooms were ready. The staff was very friendly and informative. Shopping and food is available on site. The rooms were a little small, but that's common for European properties. I would stay again.

I went to the Nordica for a face treatment and then to relax at the spa. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The facial was really well done, relaxing, and left my skin feeling incredibly smooth. Afterwards, I was able to relax in the spa, to include receiving a massage while lounging in the hot tub! All-in-all it was a great experience with wonderful staff. A definite must even if you're not staying at the hotel.

I always felt safe, warm and taken care of. I forgot my cellphone on a table in the lobby came back for it about 5 minutes later and it was still there! The spa area was neat and clean and the employees were really nice. Will Definitely return.

No complaints about the hotel itself, but the location could be better. I would recommend the Canopy by Hilton in the city center. Nordica has a restaurant, bar, gym, and spa. The room was clean and modern. We had great views of the city from the 6th floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of food.

We had the best hotel experience of our lives. The service was incredible the whole time as we were delayed getting into Iceland. Once we arrived the staff had everything ready and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The hotel restaurant was really good and the hotel is a 5 minute drive from all the shopping and entertainment you need. We will be back soon to Iceland just because of this hotel. Great job and thank you again.

The rooms were excellent and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the food at Vox was also great. The location is Central and easy walking to many sites including downtown.

Very nice rooms with a great bar off the lobby. The Vox restaurant has excellent food and service. Not a bargain but not outlandish prices by Icelandic standards.

Amazing breakfast, nice clean hotel, everything working well. However, room was rather small with only shower and no tub. Small bed with the smallest cover I've ever had in a hotel - it barely covers the bed. Expected more from a four star hotel.

This place was ok. Has an odd check-in regime with an extortionate expediated process if u desire. But staff were V helpful & polite except for the trainer who was the opposite (he's learning). Lots of places to lay about while waiting for the magical check-in time.
Breakfast buffet was very nice, lots on with omelette available to order.
Rooms were quite small, wooden floors but beds were ok in terms of comfort.
It has a gym and a spa (have to pay for latter). Free parking is a bonus if u r hiring car (but there is free on street parking around in this area). It's a bit out of centre of town so it's a 20min or so brisk walk or 2100isk (or so) taxi ride.

WiFi was particularly poor I would say. Variable connection and wasn't always stable
What was good was free printing through funky printer server great for printing boarding passes

Great view of Esjan. Very fine business lounge. Unfortunately in late March, with the construction of the windows in the rooms, it became quite difficult to sleep as the room was constantly heated, and for safety reasons the window doesn't open more than a few inches. As most likely know, heat rises, and the downward opening in the window unfortunately didn't work as a heat exchange and it thus never was below 35°C It feels more like an oven and as you might imagine it would be better to sleep atop towels than the beds

We had an excellent stay in this hotel.
The room was the perfect temperature, comfortable and clean. Staff spoke perfect English and were all very polite.
Transfers to and from the airport and tours were via a local tour company direct to/from the door.
There were more than enough options at breakfast and the restaurant has many options for either lunch or dinner if you wish to eat there too.
Reservations are recommended for evening dining as this is a very popular restaurant.
We experienced an issue with the fridge in our room and staff instantly took a look. As the problem could not be fixed, we were offered a change of room, two free drinks in the bar and a complimentary plate of fruit deserts!
The only slight negative is the location if you wish to visit central Reykjavik - this is a 30-40 minute walk which was fine for us in the lovely weather, but I can imagine for those with limited mobility or in the winter this might be an issue.

This was a beautiful hotel. The room has are spacious and well appointed. I love the use of wood in the rooms. Also great common areas and awesome lobby bar with a great and reasonably priced menu. Very happy with the hotel!!!

Hotel was very nice in every way. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The restaurant VOX had one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet was really really good with tons of options.
