Here is why I rate this hotel with 2 stars:
1.) Yesterday we had one towel and took 1.5 hours to get another towel.
2.) Today we had NO towels in a few of our rooms. Didn't took so long to get new towels.
3.) Front desk Hardly ever answer the phone and they don't give you the feeling like they care.
3.) Over all the hotel is not in great shape.
4.) We had tv issues in two of our rooms, one took a day to fix and the other was fixed fast.
5.) Breakfast buffet is OK, other wise it would have been one star.
We have 2 more nights here. Not great!
Originally this was a 2 star review but I changed it to 3 just due to the Gaurd at the entrance. The guy with the short beard and the Yamaka is the nicest more considering person I have met in a long time.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everyone was helpful in making sure I had everything I need. ++++
Very nice place to go out. We went out for a wonderful meal. The food is wonderful and the service is very good as well. They were however locking and a couple of things on the menu. However , the things that they replaced them with we're quite good. The portions were quite generous. And even the bar staff was very attentive to our every need. I would definitely go back again. The view of Jerusalem is incredible. You are 16 floors up and get quite an amazing view either by day or by night.
They have decent service for the rooms. At dining areas, they take some time. Other than that, they're good.
An amazing Hotel well situated warm and hospitable. Home away from home. From the moment of contact their booking speacalist Meital dealt with all our needs in a competent and helpful way. We stayed for four days the service was above and beyond. Good food relaxing atmosphere. Great pool and Breakfast helpful staff. Nothing is too much for them. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious.
Highly highly recommend
Good food . Not such good service
At a wedding in the garden. Very nice
This was not the most pleasant atmosphere Staff not very friendly. Rooms very small. If anyone is looking for a swimming pool this hotel would not work for you even though they advertise a nice pool. It was not clean looks like it is hardly used. Collected our dirty towels did not leave clean ones. Asked for towels came back to the room later that night and still had no towels. Hope this helps someone else to avoid staing here if you don't have to. The one thing I would say is that the breakfast buffet was good.
Its a nice hotel. Some rooms are super big but others are super small. It is about a 10 minute drive to the center of the city in Jerusalem. The hospitality is mediocre.

Terrible service. The shower was always too hot or too cold. The key would stop working so I had to go to the front desk twice and they really didn't look like they care. The towels were dirty. Not recommended, the food was below average. All in all, not the worst experience, but definitely needs some huge improvements in the quality of service and hotel management/utilities.
Very average. More like a backpackers hostel than a hotel. Barman in the lobby is pretty awesome though.
Broken bed, sheets stained, worn mattress, they don't change the sheets daily, hall-ways painted in a dark purple. Shower does not work, we ask to be changed to another room and this room was even worse. To Iron you have to go to the fourth floor and the iron is nasty and broken. Basically this is a very worn down hotel that needs to be re-done. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
It's a very cosy atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The top floors are the best. Nice view
Nice hotel indoor and outdoor pool. Excellent accommodations
Went to the skyline was nice and warm. Good food
Ok place to stay. Balcony door would not shut completely. Good desk service and maids. Parking is difficult and limited.
My birthright group stayed here for two nights. The food was excellent, the fitness facilities were great, the rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in Jerusalem.
