Grat location, nice simple and clean!
You will be woken up at 630 with construction everyday. This will continue for at least a year. the rooms are small and the curtains don't block out the light well at all. This means a poor sleep all round. Location is decent.
The only reason to stay in this hotel is the location. The room is just ok, the bathroom is old, the air conditioner was broken, the toilet was leaking, we stayed in the 4 floor but could hear the street, and the room service just sayd- we will check It and never called back..
At the moment Oct Nov 2017 there's a building site close by that will keep you up at 6:30 already. The place is close to the center but a bit old and rundown. Still good value for money in Jerusalem.

Very modern and exclusive hotel. Close to the city center. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped. Good choice!
I wanted to say that I would stay in this hotel again. But I can't because they double charged me for my reservation. Once at booking, but that charge was not credited at check out, and they charged me full amount at check out. When questioned, they did not respond, and after my CC questioned the charge, they "reissued" a new statement with a 'manual charge' amounting to the credited amount--thus double charging me. This is unacceptable.
Overall this "hotel" if you can even call it that was not as advertised! I honestly am clueless as to where anybody had a good review here. I get it it's high season for Jerusalem right now and prices are even more elevated than usual but this was just horrible. Everything in this hotel is outdated and filthy! The pictures online are entirely deceiving! I will start with our room. There was an old, crusty carpet on the side of our bed which smelt like urine. There were hairs of all different kinds on our sheets as well as a massive old blood stain. We even called down for a clean set of sheets only to get the same type of bedding sent up to us. So, pube stained sheets x2! The bathroom was so small you could barely fit inside. Also the glass door had drippings of all different types of fluids on it, clearly had not been wiped down in a very long time.gross!!!. Nasty crust stuff all on the lining of the bottom of the shower. At least a half inch of thick dust covering all the shelving, etc. To top it off there are only like 3 basic cable stations on the television and the wi-fi was essentially nonexistent! In general the room was like a "by the hour" special with an entirely different pricepoint and advertisement. Another thing my boyfriend and I found troublesome was a man in his chef outfit rummaging through the dumpster picking up which food was "acceptable" to use/eat? Hope this wasn't for this place but it seemed very plausible based on the location of the dumpster, the uniform, etc. The rooftop is small, everything about the service and decor is dingy and extremely overpriced! The elevators also barely work and the carpeting, walls, etc. in the entire building are filthy and reek of urine and other strong scents! Spare yourself and don't follow through with a booking here! Any local hostel would literally be better than this! Save your money for something much more suitable!
This will be a detailed review of this hotel. We stayed here for four days. The location is perfect, two blocks from Ben Yehuda Street, yafo Street, mahane Market shook. 15 minute walk to the Old City. The hotel has off the street free parking which is very important in Jerusalem. The breakfast was amazing everyday. And the view was amazing from the top floor where breakfast and very tasty wine and snacks are served every day from 4:30 to 6:30. the rooms are small but great views. Front desk was very helpful. The only bad thing that happened was one of the housekeepers who were all men, stole money from a pocket deep inside my suitcase. I cannot prove that who did it, but I left the do not disturb hanger on door and he still cleaned the room. I know the #1 rule of international travel is never leave anything of value in the room but I was stupid. There is a safe so I should have used that. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.
Awesome hotel with incredible views. Centrally located for walking to shopping, restaurants, markets and even to the Old City. Breakfast is upstairs with a 360 view. Food is wonderful. Staff is exceptional ! Really!! Relaxing complementary happy hour most nights. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an incredible Jerusalem experience.
This place was great! Loved the people working there. They were always very helpful and accommodating. Great view.
Small beds, clean, great breakfast, kind staff. Available free parking around the corner of the hotel. Good location close to market and walking distance to kotel (about 20 min walk).
Bad hotel.. Old carpet smells bad, disgusting hotel service, loud noise in the morning of construction Not worth even to pay a visit there
Don't touch!! Dirty! Sticky! Very very small rooms. Disgusting personality of the hotel workers! I'd recommend not to touch this place!
Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. But, serious parking problem- hotel should work out arrangement with nearby lots to accomodate guests with cars. Bathroom door really annoying- no privacy and doesn't fully close.
Very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff. Great location for walking to the major sights and public transportation. Plenty of food offerings nearby. Room safe, mini fridge and ample closet space are bonuses. However, rooms need freshening up. Dirty bath stalls, raggedy area rugs, smudgy walls. A little more attention to detail regarding cleanliness and upkeep would go a long way. A lot of noise from construction, trucks etc. No soundproofing or just bad timing on my part?
