Great location not great at fixing problems
Clean. Fabulous location. Friendly helpful staff.
The peace of Jerusalem you can feel it!
Nice hotel which is conveniently located. Room was quite spacious but could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. Especially the windows were very dirty, could hardly look outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, matras quite firm. We had included breakfast for which they provided vouchers for a small but very nice cafe around the corner (Roladin)
Very cosy place. Central situation. Affordable price. Staff is very friendly
Boutique hotel. Not fancy but comfortable.
Good location, nice staff. Our room deserved a coat of painting.
Extremely fair price. Rooms are big and comfortable. Could have been a bit cleaner
Top quality/price hotel - central place in Jerusalem - Atouan and his brother are the nicest and most helpful receptionists you will find in Jerusalem - We took an executive suits with balcony, perfect for a couple and 3 children, table big enough to eat, we got a "plata" & water boiler + check out in "motsash" for free (not always obvious) Top service, highly recommended !
Nice spacious family suites in a great location. It's not the fanciest place but perfect for exploring the city.
One star here and that's only for the location. We were going to spend 2 nights but left ASAP after One night.Horrible bedding sheets so thin aand with holes you can see the skimpy uncomfortable mattress. Cheapest pillows, peeling wallpaper, 2 tea bags and nothing else when we checked in with 3 people. No pillows for our daughter and a broken couch to sleep on.We tried to call for a pillow and hair dryerthey never came.Dirty hallways with mezzuzah's missing many doorways and scotched taped on others. And to top it off,no morning breakfast! Avoid this place.
Good location and kind staff.
No parking. Don't let them fool you. Stay away
