One of the best hotel in Jerusale. High quality standards, delicious food especially for the breakfast and excellent service. The spa is so relaxing and very clean, as well as the fitness room. I highly recoand it!
Really disappointed. Not a 5 star hotel expect for the prices. The rooms are so small and terrible. The bathroom has no privacy and the room is tiny. No breakfast included. No response from management. I do not recommend this hotel
The hotel is placed in a great location, just a few metres away from the old town. I used the gym facilities which were very good but with limited opening hours. The spa is nice and cosy, the hammam truly wonderful.
The hotel is in a perfect location and the design is quite nice - but here „Form follow functions“ was not applied. There are so many dumb things in the way the styled the room .. good looking but not practical.
Second the service was most of the time the worst. Only while breakfast it was decent. Rest of staff is kind of rude. We had a terrible experience on the rooftop restaurant, in the bar and the guy working at the pool was doing personal workouts behind his desk while there was lying a lot of rubbish and waste around the place.
Third on Saturday Evening the bar music was so loud that we heard the bass loud and clearly in our room late at night.
SOOO OVERRATED!
The hotel is fabulously located. The front desk staff friendly, professional, and helpful. The public spaces are pretty, and the windows frame the glorious ancient city beyond, sensational. Breakfast is wonderful.
That said, we came to call this a "bimbo hotel," meaning, the hotel rooms are really beautiful, but not smart. The small space is made impossibly tight by the large bathroom that consumes almost half of the space. Doing away with the unnecessary bathtub would make the room less stylish, but much more comfortable. Another example: the bedside tables and bathroom shelving are so small that there's no room for the necessities, so everything ends up on the floor in a heap. This room was way too small for two people.

Beautiful, modern and clean. Great service and excellent bar
This is one of the best hotels in Israel. Upscale and modern. Guest services, customer service and security are excellent. We have stayed at Mamilla Hotel several times and I"YH we will come back.
Horrible. Don't ever book an event here. I booked an event for my son in there roof top. I. The morning the weather was rainy so they decided to move my party downstairs. The rain stopped before the event and they fought with me for hours until they finally set up my party on the rooftop having my guest wait over an hour in the lobby.
When we finally came up stairs 50% of the food I had ordered and paid for and in my contract was never put out. Not only that they made a small tiny buffet of food all the food was cold and I paid over 200 shekel per person not to have a buffet and they end up putting a buffet. They blamed it in the weather the weather has nothing to do with food.
They took no responsibility for what happened and claim I still owed them money for extra guests.
They ruined my party my day I couldn't even take family photos because I was so frustrated. I took this to matter to legal sue them!!! I hope no one try's to do an event there complete disaster !!!
I love this beautiful lifestyle boutique hotel and I have stayed at many different hotels in Israel.
I love the architecture the combination of history and luxury, old world and new world combined. The hotel has amazing customer service and everyone is very helpful which makes your stay wonderful.
The rooms are extremely lovely and comfortable as is the mattress. My favorite Nespresso machine and terrific Israeli breakfast top everything off!
The beautiful swimming pool is spa like and you can relax and do laps. You can also enjoy a lovely a beautiful dinner on the rooftop garden with an exquisite view of the old city.
And to top it all off they have the most desirable location location location. I can't say enough good things about this hotel the location and the amenities.
Looks chic. Lots of day tour bus stops at the front gate. Very close to old Jerusalem City. Just 5 minutes walk.
מיקום טוב..best location and it placed in the middle of the best mall in Israelck it outmany come for thay
Such a disappointment. I stay in a lot of hotels and I have never stayed in a hotel of this supposed caliber with such poor service. The pool boy refused to provide us with towels, and spent the whole time on his phone talking to his friends and we had to walk up dripping from the pool to our rooms. When we checked in after the 3pm check in one we were still made to wait, they gave us a voucher for a drink but it only included water and only for one person not two. They said there was complementary coffee in the room and then charged us 15 shekels for the milk in the coffee. They only provided turn down service the first night and neglected to do it the following two nights even though it is supposedly part of the services of the hotel. The car was not ready when we called the valet a half hour before coming down. When we tried to change hotels because we were so unsatisfied with the experience they wouldn't let us do it without charging the full stay. It was like someone made a beautiful hotel and idiots were left to run it. Do not stay here!
Absolute luxury hotel - beautiful aesthetically architecturally, staff and security are very polite and courteous. We didn't stay here but visited the rooftop restaurant and Mirror Bar. They have their own Synagogue underground parking and the view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular especially at Sunset. The view of the city is awesome.
A visit is recommended.
Rooms are very luxurious and the location couldn't be better. We came during passover the the food was passover-kosher, which meant it pretty much sucked.
One of the best hotels we stayed in. Highly professional in every single point. Location, rooms, facilities - everything is really high-quality and an extraordinary experience. The really amazing thing is how friendly and particularly how professional the staff works. Unfortunately we had some severe trouble with the nearby located car rental company. A super professional concierge named Yarno helped us solving this in a way I can just call perfect. That was amazing! Breakfast is greaaaaat!
Very good food and the mall under it is full of many good stores
Good food. Cold in the winter. Don't recommend the grouper Sharma. Nice view. Over all nice
