The hotel smells WONDERFUL! The staff was very accommodating for a large group of 30. The breakfast is tasty and included with the room.

Good location for walking to several shops or getting taxi, light rail, etc for venturing farther. Excellent breakfast and a lovely happy hour spread :). Comfortable beds even though not a luxury hotel.

Staff are friendly, facilities are basic but are newly renovated. Buffet is small, but the food there is good. Its only 10 minutes walk to the old city, or a 2 min walk to the tram. Lots of food options nearby. The only reason this was not a 5, was that there was significant mould in the bathrooms and when we turned on the air conditioner, both of us started sneezing and getting itchy eyes. I think basic cleaning is done in this hotel, but periodic deeper cleaning is not.

8.28.17 - it's the sister hotel to Arthur Hotel, which is 1 minute walk between hotels.

Parking is located at this building for both hotels. The lobby is big with high ceilings. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Clean for Israeli standards. Wonderful happy hour each day ! Excellent location with walking distance to Old City and right next to Ben Yehuda and Jaffa streets

Next time in Jerusalem, we will definitely be staying here. Great location, amazing selection for breakfast and complimentary cocktail hour! Omg! Plus it's pet friendly which means everything since my pup is always in tow.
