Nice place, but last time I visited there was a reconstruction and horrible noise. But in general the place is good and location is amazingly terrific.

Unfriendly staff, couldn't checkin untill late. Not directly their fault but the room next door is holding a party, that said staff don't careless. Wouldn't stay there again.

The Lobby/ Restaurant with the food is amazing!
The assist you with questions if you have allergies or if you are vegan and do an amazing job with the food. The view is the best - direkt at the ocean.
The pool is very nice and warm.
The only thing to complain is the steam Sauna - it smells discusting rotten.response / report this review -

Staff has been pretty wonderful but the hotel has a few issues. It is under construction so no chance of sleeping late or even staying in your room while the construction workers are working out the outside of the hotel. It is very loud! I had to have maintenance come to my room twice because the power kept going out. It's a beach front hotel but the two exits on the beach side are either broke or blocked off so u have to go out the front and walk around the hotel. They have a gym but it's tiny with limited hours and not so great treadmills.
On a positive note, the staff, the breakfast and hotel food are great. Once they have completed there renovations this hotel will be a great place to stay.response / report this review -

Great location for beach access. The hotel itself is pretty nice but could use a few updates, the staff however makes it a 5 star hotel! Rachel & the servers in the business center are excellent! The breakfast as well as all the food is delicious. Really enjoyed all my stays.

Great View. Poor Rooms. This Hotel needs to be refurbished. Beware of the rooms in the 17th floor the ballustrade from the roof is visiting your balcony. If you leave a tip in your room you can expect average cleaning - if not the maid just don't care. Poor.

Staying here for 4 days, very nice room on 12th floor with a balcony and a Great view of city and the beach. It is a very busy breakfast room on a Saturday but is calm during the week this time of year. A great breakfast selection and we would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed at thos hotel for 3 days. on my 3rd day I was woken up at 7am after only 2 hours of sleep by firefighters. there was a Fire in the hotel. I was locked out of my room for 8 hours. most of the day after only sleeping for 2 hours. when I was finally let back in the room, the entire room stank from fire, I couldn't breath. my floors were floaded with water. clothes were wet and stank from fire. the electric and lights were off for a while. elevators didn't work.
I finally agreed with the manager that they will give me 50% off for that day.
when I checked out, they charged me $65 for using the minibar in the room.
on the reservation by the room amenities it says minibar included and it says nothing about a extra charge.
I contacted the manager a few times and they didn't care. they said that it says by the fridge that there is a extra charge. I did not see anything by the fridge number 1 and number 2, to write it by the fridge is too late because I only booked the more expensive room "deluxe room" because it said that the mini bar is included.
beside the fact that I didn't even drink any of the alcohol that was in the mini bar. I had a few stupid soda cans that costed me $65 by surprise when checking out.
even Expedia, where I booked the hotel agreed that it says minibar included on the reservation.
I will never go to this hotel again and I will not suggest them to anyone.

While the hotel has a good location, just one step from the beach it might not be suitable for travelers who are looking for a relaxed and quiet hotel stay. The hotel is packed with young children which makes the lobby, the dining room and the rest of the public places feel like a war zone. Due to the poor isolation this might be true also for the guest bedrooms. During our stay we suffered from noise at late hours, cigarettes smoke from the neighboring rooms and staff unwilling to enforce the hotel non-smoking policy.

Had a fantastic week here in May 2017. Backs on to the beach and the promenade. Fantastic views of the beach and sunset. Pool has a retractable roof that opens about halfway for sunbathing.

Major water leak in our room. Water leaked all over floor. I took video of the situation. They came to our room with compressors and had to remove part of the ceiling that housed a/c equipment. All this right before a wedding we attended. All luggage on floor soaked, disgusting. Manager offered 25% off one night!! Ha, I explained all our luggage was soaked with this filthy water, to no avail. Not to mention we found dirty socks under our bed. Be careful here. I told the manager we have video of all the water and equipment they brought to our room, he still wouldn't even comp 1 of our 4 nights we stayed. Customer service here is disgusting. Good luck

Tried spa: massage was the only good thing. No towels, no slippers, no air conditioner in men dressing room, no hair dryer in a women room, in an advertisement there was an info about couples massage (this is why we booked a spa day) but it turned out they don't have it. Wine and cheese are served in a different place (you have to dress up and go upstairs). Not recommended for spa but recommend for massage only.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and had an excellent experience. Food was excellent, staff was polite and accommodating, view was magnificent. The manager was always present and available to get us everything we needed. We will definitely return back to this hotel!

Very friendly and supportive staff, clean and nice rooms and a great breakfast buffet with a variety of choices. The hotel is located right next to the beach with many restaurants in walking distance.

Long stay for work. Nice and quiet rooms. Probably doesn't get cold enough in summer but nice when I was here in March. Expensive meals, but good selection of you don't have dietary restrictions.

Slightly dated - the hotel shows here age as the other hotels on the beach in Tel Aviv. Clean rooms, but the airconditioning needs some upgrading. The only way to keep your southfacing room cool is to open the door to the balcony. But there is the traffic.

I was going to give four stars - although the hotel is a bit dated - inside and out - all the basics are good. Comfortable bed, rainfall shower, good location at the beach and free shuttle to downtown.
But then they wanted to charge us a daily fee to use the fitness center.response / report this review
