Poor accommodation, couldn't open the wardrobe without moving a chest of drawers, bed sheets were not very clean, night hotel receptionist was uncooperative and rather rude.

Reception was courteous, helpful. Room was clean. Linens were sufficient. I'm disabled so having a first floor room was great. The television didn't seem to work but that was okay with me because I don't normally watch. I didn't ask for assistance about the television so I can't judge the inn for this. I thought it was quaintly tucked in off a busy area. Much more accommodating than several other small inns near by. I've stayed in plenty 5 star places that really never impressed me. I was quite impressed with this little hideaway.

I came visit a friend from Italy in this hotel. They didn't open the main door cause I had no the keys. I am not host in this place. Absurd!

Good location but room and bathroom were tiny no door to close the window, very unfriendly girl welcomed me at check in so overall I don't recommand it above if you got to pay all that money.

I asked for a quite room and booked according to the receptionist pre-approval. Unfortunately I got a noisy room, with bad smell and not so comfy mattress. I hardly slept that night. The hotel is in a great location and staff are nice but unfortunately it's too old and didn't meet my basic requirements for hospitality. Thank you for having me.

We stayed at this Hôtel with my wife and it was a disaster. The front desk person was very insulting. The room was about the size of a shoe box. Catastrophic Service

A disgraceful experience in this hotel that is ashamed of the Israeli hostelry. Extremely small and dirty room. Expensive rates. Don't go!

Really enjoyed the stay. Our room and the bathroom was modern, except the tub which was a little dirty from wear. The room was small with barely enough room between the door and the bed, though it was more long than wide so there was a little extra space at the foot of the bed to the bathroom for bags. Butfor the price in Tel Aviv I loved this place. Staff were really nice, the garden patio was comfortable, quiet, and cozy, free self serve espresso machine. Free breakfast was not really something to brag about Espresso, small raisin bread, toast, boiled eggs, and some yogurt. I'd stay here again and recommend it for budget conscious travelers. Location is really good. 4 min walk to the beach! Despite some travel website claims there is no airport shuttle.

Fantastic! That was my third time in this 2 star hotel!Why? What did I like? ALL!! For me for that class of hotels it is SERIOUSLY going extra mile for customer because:
- it provides more better food than in typical 2 star,
- it has beautiful rooms that look like some of the 5 star that I have been to, with safe, fridge,tv, aircon own shower!!
- There is lovely garden in the backyard where one can rest and chill after busy day at the beach.
- and of course LOCATION LOCATION LOCATIONhotel is 5 min from the BEACH which makes it even more fantastic for sun chasers like us!
- ALSO their customer service is always going extra mile to help with any needs: maps, hairdryers, also is knowledgeable and honest when it comes to the city hangouts! always polite and friendlyand this is 2 star hotel! GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY seriously EXTRA POINTS for this 2 star pearl hotel hidden but not forgotten!!
Well done hotel team you have improved greatly! 5 stars from me and my wife! Todah Rabba! Shalom!

Verry nice place whit a garden aera and verry nice people. A citchen and verry smart rooms. I like it verry mutch beacoase it is quiet.
