The hotel is located by the harbor where you can walk to the cruises like the black pearl, glass bottom cruise, etc. Lots of eateries near by. The hotel staff is nice and the hotel is very clean. I booked the superior room at the 6th floor and had a nice view of the water.

A very old apartments hotel in a perfect location, right on Herzeliya's marina.

The hotel is part of a residential building, so there aren't that many hotel-related services (like room service). It does have a very nice outdoor swimming pool, though, and a fully equipped gym (located in the same complex of the pool.)

Rooms here are actually little studio apartment with a kitchenette and a fairly but living room with an amazing view to the marina and sea. However, as noted above, the rooms are old and not very well maintained. If you're not planning to spend your time in the room, this this hotel is perfectly fine to sleep in and move on to your daily schedule. It's proximity to the beach, the seaside views, and the outdoor pool make it a worthwhile compromise.

Great location and views. Adequate breakfast but it’s not as elaborate as normal Israeli hotel breakfast. But it’s also not really a hotel. You rent an apartment and get hotel treatment. Staff was very helpful. Great service.

The staff is warm and helpful, and the accommodations spacious and clean. And the price is quite modest in comparison with neighboring hotels at this prestigious oceanside site.

Room 107. Decent but not great for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom obviously needs renovation. One window cannot be closed entirely (cannot lock it). And second windows cannot be opened at all, and is probably the reason it was dirty (cleaning ladies cannot reach it to clean it). Also the breakfast is ridiculously small with very limited choice Otherwise the direct view on the beach from the room is awesome!!!
