  Stay away from this place!!
  Barak (manager) was rude and unapologetic from the first message we sent him with the issues we were having. Wouldn't hurt to learn a bit of how to treat customers
  Dirtiness all around, the kind that happens from not taking care of the facilities at all!!
  - Dirty bathroom!! The tiles in the bathroom are dirty with green and black spots (humidity and fungi), the bathtub is dirty and just by touching it you can see it has not been cleaned well. Half of the lights weren't working.
  - Dirty room!! The area around the window has paint chipping and coming apart and with black and green spots (also humidity & fungi), much worse then in the bathroom. The kind of thing that happens after several weeks or months of not cleaning and repairing. Dirty walls all around the room.
  - Bathtub jets were not working (we got the room with the bathtub on purpose and paying extra for it) and the bathtub had to be left on for almost 45 minutes just to get it full.
  - Dirty hallway and the rooftop is sadly run down (has great potential if they would only keep it clean and in conditions)
  
  The ONLY good thing is the location, that's it

  Nothing is like in Fotos! That is no hotelthey have no information desk
  And evrything was dirty can you see the pictures from usand is not evrything

  For the price it's pretty ok. Beds are good. Rooms are not very big, but fine for a short stay. During the Easter Holidays it was difficult to find something else in an acceptable price range.
  The office is only occupied during a short time a day. It seems to attract guests, who behave as if it's their home without respecting other guest's needs. We had the bad luck of a big family taking almost the whole floor with children bicycles and running around the whole morning or even day

  Once you made reservations and paid you get a code for door ,very small rooms and online prices on sites don't much the actual ending price ,very clean inside,good views from rooftop located next to Port , expensive parking.

  I really don't recommend this "hotel".
  We didn't get a service when we got into the room, the toilet were stink as hell, the wall was broken and the sheets were very cheep.
  In addition, when we paid the bill the manager gave us humiliating service and didn't even ask how was the room.
  As a citizen in Israel and someone who has been in a lot of hotels I really recommend you not to go there. There is a lot of great hotel in Tel Aviv and near the port.
