We had 1 night in Haifa and we could not have found a better place to stay! The two greatest assets to this hotel were the staff & the incredible view!
The very definition of hospitality were Yaniv & Valerie.
Yaniv was so warm and accomodating. He was very helpful getting us squared away in our room while we went to return the rental car. He was very personable, focused on making sure our stay was comfortable.
Valarie from South Africa was an absolute pleasure making sure all of our needs were met during the evening hours and then Breakfast the next morning!

I have stayed at this hotel twice and each time I am impressed that staff goes the extra mile to accommodate requests. The rooms, great views and the staff make this hotel a fantastic value and treasure in Haifa.

Very nice & clean hotel with good views of the Mediterranean. Easy to walk to dozens of restaurants, and it has convenient parking.

Good business hotel with an indoor swimming pool. Great views over the harbour from the breakfast room.
Dinner is not normally served and room service menu can be limited, but the location is in walking distance of some decent resturants.response / report this review -

This is the most disappointing Crown Plaza I've ever stayed in. As a Gold Member I've stayed in many locations. It would be a mirical to achieve a three-star rating for this facility, staff quality, and service delivery.
Beyond belief — For example, I ordered room service for dinner. Sandwich and diet coke. It never came. They didn't answer the phone after I waited 2 hours. Then in morning the manager had nothing to say. I won't be back.response / report this review -

This review is only about their food.
I have been here twice now (both times invited by a different party) and both times were disappointing. The first time was for an Israeli breakfast. Israeli breakfasts at hotel are usually amazing, but at the Crowne Plaza I was completely disappointed. The eggs were not made to order, there was hardly any selection of bread, compared to other Israeli hotel breakfasts, the selection of salads was pretty pathetic. Coffee completely mediocre. I might have given only one star, but the view was amazing so it was nice to sit there.
The second time we had a small meal at the bar in the lobby. Also mediocre, to put it mildly.
I wouldn't go to this facility for the food!response / report this review -

We arrived very late, our other hotel didn't worn out, and the Crown Plaza took us in and gave us a great rooms with no notice. THANK YOU! The buffet is great, the folks are friendly, and the views are tremendous. 5 stars all around for saving our Haifa vacation. And bonus points for taking such good care of my fancy road bike, which they happily stored for me and brought out every morning for me to pedal up and down the hills of Haifa. Highly recommended.
