Cute place. Looks like a nice place for one night or a wedding night.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The towels were poorly washed and had other people's hair on them (not clear if they were really cleaned to begin with). The floor was disgustingly dirty, the curtains were grimy, the walls dusty and the window was cracked. The restroom floor was sticky and the shower was not clean. In short this was a bad experience and I would never choose to come back.

This place is disgusting!!! I've never seen a place so unclean. The bathroom floors were so black and sticky that we had to lay towels on the floor just to get in, we also found a dead cockroach in the room just after house keeping had finished "cleaning" our room and a glass filled with cigarette buds in the porch.

Dirty! My teenager and his room are cleaner than this place. Checked me into a room that house keeping had 't even cleaned yet. Then they put me in their "best room". The bed sheets hadn't been changed just remade – yuck! The bathroom was filthy. This is a one star hotel and you need to bring your own sanitizer.
Also, they had no internet/wifi for the 24 hrs I was there. They kept saying it would be fixed in a few hours – It never was. There are not many options for the city of Haifa — but go elsewhere.response / report this review -

Used this for a business meeting in the lobby. The outside is disgusting and in no way reflects 5 stars - I was embarrassed to meet there. We waited forever to get something to drink (oh wait, no one ever came), and some contractors were carelessly drilling away and making refurbishments. Didn't help that we asked for a quiet corner

המיקום של המלון מוצלח בגלל הקרבה לאולמות אירועים באזור, מאוד נוח למי שמחפש ללון לאחר אירוע. המלון עצמו נראה מאוד יוקרתי ומודרני, החדרים היו נקיים, הארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה והצוות של המלון היה מאוד נחמד ומתחשב.

great business meeting place. best breakfast, good lunch. very well organized conference hall. hotel facilities looks very nice and very clean. most recommended for all-wether business or private events.
