Truly beautiful resort with impressive amenities which is ridiculously over priced and also over hyped.
The setting is lovely with nice pools, a spa and activities well suited for the third age clientele, but we hardly used any of these.
Our room had a nice view, but while inviting and well kept, was small and underwhelming.
I will note the dining room that served the best food I had in a Kosher hotel with an impressive buffet and nice mains. Still, it's a hotel dining room and you can find better food in most nice restaurants.
Bottom line - unless you're totally into pools, spas and crochet lessons, you can have a better time for a much lower price in most boutique hotels and nice restaurants elsewhere in Israel.response / report this review -

The good:
Excellent SPA treatments, The food is amazing! And the variety is huge. Breakfast and dinner are more than enough, you don't have to have lunch. Pool and gym are also great. Staff if mostly kind and quiet.
The bad:
WiFi is horrible! Below any standards. Rooms are kinda small, and the shower is okay, but no bath..response / report this review -

I highly recommend taking a stroll on one of the path ways right outside the gate, the guard can provide a map and some water bottles.

מקום נפלא לעשות איפוס בחיים. יודעים לעשות התאמות תפריט בצורה נפלאה גם לטבעונים ובכלל לכל אוכלוסייה עם צרכים מיוחדים. רק חסרים מסלולי טיולים מסביב. כלומר יש, אבל הצמחייה רדודה ופחות כיף (לפחות בסתיו)

This place is amazing! It is a little pricey but worth every penny. It is so quiet and relaxing that you don't want to leave. The staff is very friendly and polite. There is a little problem with parking area but they offer valley parking. In the spa area, there is a healthy tea for your enjoyment. The rooms are well equipped and include TV, safe, king size bed, and plenty storage for your clothes. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. There is a jacuzzi in the indoor pool area and also a solarium. The guests are requested not to use their mobile phones in the public areas. The food variety and taste is fantastic. Doesn't matter what we ordered, it was amazingly tasty. There is a free wifi.

The service was great, they were very responsive and fast about any request or problem that we had.
Cleanness should be improved.
The classes were great, the pools are nice, and relaxation is made very possible with the peace and quiet that the place offers.

The hotel is very nice, room are good and staff helpful. Disappointed with food quality and variety - two nights is a row to serve the exact same main course menu? Not in standards of boutique hotels

Heaven is not on Earth, it's actually on Mt. Carmel! Excellent service, gorgeous natural view of the Mediterranean sea and Carmel forest, delicious & healthy gourmet food with wide selection, lovely spa, fun & intriguing sports and recreational activities. Worth every Shekel.

Recommended luxury spa hotel, with a very relaxed, healthy atmosphere.
Beautiful location, up at the north of Israel. Great facilities with lots of optional activities - most for no additional cost.
The food is fantastic.
One of the best hotels I've ever been too.
