I arrived at the hotel with my partner (tourist) who made a reservation through Booking in euros. The guy at reception asked how much is the euro,my partner, who doesnt know about it, said innocently 5, the guy changed his billing from euro to shekels and calculated it by 5 shekels while the euro is 4.21. When I intervened and told him it was not 5 but less he showed me a note that they require by 4.5 and did not bother to say it !! becuz he already chacharged the money, he offered us a breakfast that was not worth 2 euro. disgrace. they are cheating tourists.

I really liked the stay at the hotel. Near the sea, close to the Bahi garden and the German Colony. Amazing location, in the city center. My room was stunning, with with a pleasant and fun design. The service at the hotel, breakfast and cleaning service were excellent.

This hotel is awful.

It began with some small misunderstandings about the room type, the number of days and the price. But that can be forgiven.

But the room itself was filled with awful smell of sewage from the toilet. The toilet itself was reeked from sewage. I asked the receptionists every few hours to the rooms, all of them has agreed that not only it's awful, it can't be fixed with some air purifier (every time they came with a can, and then retreated that it won't help).

Even though we have complained at the moment we arrived, one receptionist had the nerve to insinuate that it might be from food that we brought (we haven't brought any).

When we left, the receptionist told us that the manager will contact us. He hasn't.

We have paid 840NIS and got 84NIS worth of stay.

Stay away from this hotel!
