We didn't stay at the hotel, just went there to watch a show. There was plenty of parking space, good view of the stage and good acoustics. The way out of the place was a bit crowded.

A truly unique place run by perfectionists. Everything from the single floor tile to the amazing artwork and view is top notch. Rightly deserves the design awards. It's probably the best hotel in Israel, and one of the best in the world.

We had stayed in the hotel for two night. It has a very unique concept where the hotel is actually an art museum hosting interesting exhibitions. Within there are two amazing music halls serving music concerts and opera shows. We had enjoyed great massage at the Spa. Breakfast is great. Dinner could be better but good enough for overall rate of five stars.

One of the best luxury hotels I've been to. The view is amazing, the staff is incredible. The hotel itself is an art museum, no less. And the restaurant had some of the tastiest dishes I ever had in my life, both for supper and breakfast as well. Highly recommended to everyone!

Gorgeous hotel with spot cool and luxurious rooms. Breakfast is expensive but beyond worth it. Views and location are really nice. Pool area is fun and most unique I have been to. The art on display is really nice and gives you something to do. I would plan to see one of the concerts they have there next time.

Beautiful spa, indoor and outdoor pools however would definitely not define this hotel as 5 star hotel.. stayed in two rooms.. one the artist room which is a very nice sized room with no view but clean suitable for a 4 star hotel.. or maybe even a 3.5 star hotel.. and then switched to a standard room with view which was 1/4 of the size literally.. old floors.. modern electric systems.. and clean
Suitable also for a 3.5 star or 4 star hotel.. not sure why 5 stars are being thrown around..
Stayed via SPG and paid in points would never pay 400$ a night to stay here..

Beautifully designed and refurbished hotel. Comfortable room and well appointed, not enough pillows. Magnificent view. Nice pool. Attentive staff and good service. Excellent breakfast.
Would recommend this hotel to others.

I was really expecting this romantic breakout with my wife. The views from the rooms are beautiful - Mediterranean Sea, sunsets.. However, we felt as if we are in a cheap motel rather than a 5 stars hotel (attaching photos of the restroom and shower area). The building is 40+ year old, and it was only partially renovated. Doesn't look like a $400+/night place. Both me and my wife didn't like the beds, and woke up with backaches. The room was nicely equipped (A nice TV, a Nespresso with Valutu and Arpeggio, etc), The food at the breakfast was very very good.
The outdoor pool is small, but nice. And the general facilities are good.

Poor experience. Stuff are untrained for a "5 star hotel".
Me and my wife came to celebrate in this hotel and booked the most expensive suite unfortunately our experience was a disaster.
The room service was poor, we had to call 5 times in order to get our order that never arrived.
The bed sheets were stained, and the hotel stuff were giving lame excuses for the poor service.
The compensation was a complete joke.
This hotel claim to be a 5 star luxurious hotel and the amount paid is accordingly, however it doesn't reach a 4 star hotel. Waste of money.

The place is very chic! The rooms are comfortable with plenty of room. All the hotel help are so professional, and willing to help. The restaurants are gourmet. The view from the hotel is amazing!

Liked everything about this hotel! View is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well designed, and food was delicious. Nice swimming pool and lobby. Highly recommend for relaxing vacation!

Have only been there for a rock concert. It is hard to describe but the combination of stylish design and artwork of this quality is something rarely seen.
This place is amazing in all aspects and well worth the visit on its own.

Luxury hotel, beautifully decorated, high class service, relatively high price. There are shows at the hotel, it is better to check when there is a show and take a night at the hotel, sometimes there are packages : knight & show .

We were not given the room we booked!! They gave us a lower standard room and told us it's the "panoramic" room we ordered!! After 10 min in the room I realized it's not similar to the room spec I ordered, so I went to the front desk,told her that and she still tells me it a panoramic room!! I got really angry and asked for the manager. She asked if I want to change the room. I told her YES this is not the room I booked!!! Then the took me to the right room after my whole experience was destroyed. We were on our first holiday with our 8 months baby, we had switch rooms get angry!! And they had the nerve to argue with me about the trick they tried to do to us. I think it's a shame to this hotel and to Expedia for allowing the hotel to do that and create a bad name for you. Ahh yea, they gave us a food basket after feeling bad for reaping us off!! When we checked out we asked for compensation and they didn't want to hear about it!! Just told us to fill the costumer email they send after we get home. Unbelievablewe feel we shouldn't pay for something like that at
all!!
Update:
After complaining and sending a letter! They have decided to refund the entire amount.
I have to say I didn't expect that and I appreciate they made the right choice.
