Conveniently located on the waterfront. They had secure garage parking which was welcome. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in close waking distance for more restaurants if you crave variety. The rooms were small and clean. The general appearance of the hotel looks like they keep thing up. Price was reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely water pressure and large towels. Stayed two nights and the staff was always very nice and welcoming. We walked literally everywhere from the hotel. Only small complaint would be music can be heard late at night from the bar, but we were usually too tired to notice. Bar staff very informative!

Friendly and great food . Rooms good size and ok some other reviews say rooms are dated but they are clean and at end of day if coming to Waterford you are either tourist or working like myself so really how much time are you going to spend in your room so who cares of not to your taste. Secure parking better than other hotels in area and quiet away from main road but still city easily accessible.

A nice place to stay, near the water. No A/C in the room, but a great breeze through our window. One interesting note is that to run the power in your rooms you place the room key card in a reader just inside the door.

Lovely hotel. We had a great time and were treated really well. I love its location and we had a great view. The food was great and the car park is really secure. I would definitely visit again. Good value for money.

Stayed for 1 night with my husband on saturday 8th April. As soon as we arrived we thought the decor in the reception area was superb light and airy. Our room on the second floor had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable. The only slight downside was the shower control was very awkward to ajust. The breakfast was great. We will be back to stay

Booked 3 nights for my parents with breakfast each morning and one evening meal in January. They had a fantastic experience at the hotel. Very comfortable stay, cleanliness was superb, food was excellent, staff were brilliant and location could not be better. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

For a three star hotel, it's quite nice. It has all I look for in a hotel: clean, accommodating staff, fiddle-free shower, comfortable bed. Bonus: gluten free pudding, sausages and tost!

Stayed here for one night, rooms were pretty dingy and ours smelled like smoke despite it being a nonsmoking hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, the full Irish breakfast included was good and hot in the morning. Location was fine, quick 5-7 min walk to Waterford House and the Viking triangle museums and a several different pubs/ restaurants. Although neighborhood was suspect, heard lots of yelling walking back at night. We did have nice view of the river from our window. Overall seemed overpriced and wouldn't stay here again.
