Just back from a wonderful 2 nights break, room lovely, Spa was beautiful, the whole experience was wonderful and all topped by the friendly staff and excellent service.Thank you

Did enjoy our stay, spa is amazing and Jackie is a super talented therapist, best treatment ever. Pool and Jacuzzi area was also a highlight for us. Food was good but could do with been a little more modern. Room was v.comfortable , a little disappointed on arrival as not the same luxury room as seen on website which is a little misleading. Overall v.nice but maybe not as luxurious as we expected

We got a deal online which made our stay good value. Really liked the jacuzzi, steam room, friendly staff. The food was good overall. The wine list was poor in terms of price and quality. The room was underwhelming but comfortable.

LOVED IT - Nostalgic atmosphere and grounds area a bonus. Dinner was outstanding and will play golf next time we visit. Loved the authentic rooms and vibe of the staff towards making the experience real.

A lovely quiet hotel. Beds comfortable, room clean and food was ok. They did try to make vegan food but it was a bit hit and miss with some dishes being okay and some just awful.

Portions of the food are a little on the small side for their price. Rooms/beds are very comfortable. Staff can be a little ignorant but mainly good. Plus, they charged me €3 for a glass of water!!! But if your around Waterford, you should pop in for a night or two, even though being charged for absolutely everything I would recommend a stay. 👍

Lovely place. Breakfast was A1. Rooms comfortable but small. Grounds are beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend a visit and stay.

I was here to purpose to my girlfriend of 12 years and I cannot recommend this hotel more! The staff have gone above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. The waiter Haydon at dinner was great and the chefs (Derek and Noel) really made it personal for us. As did the Managment.
The bedroom was truly magical, it had a delightful charm that must only be seen to be believed. The views are lovely and even better at sunset.
There are plenty of parking spots and sadly did not get to enjoy any leasure spas or golf but from the sounds of it they don't need my praise as they are already fantastic.
All in all this hotel has made out stay the most memorable stay and we will defiantly come back to stay again and will recommend it to everyone.

Enjoyed our stay although rooms are a bit tired and need updating. Bathroom had smallest bath id ever seen!!!
The meal in restaurant that evening was amazing an would definitely return for the food alone. Breakfast also brilliant and staff very helpful.response / report this review
