The rooms were not clean at all. We spent 5 nights in the hotel and changed over rooms 2 nights after our stay. The sheets smelt like dirty feet including the pillows. The cleaners did not even make the beds properly the following morning. Awoken very early each morning by the cleaners screaming at each other from one end of the corridor to the other. The food in the hotel is very poor, my chicken goujons looked grey and toasted sandwich was processed ham with bread curling up at the edges. We ate here 3 nights just to be sure it really was terrible. The property is not a cheap stay and most of ours was mid week. I apologise for the bad review but the hotel needs a deep clean and a serious makeover for it to be suitable for any guests to stay in. We felt like we need scalding hot showers to get clean after leaving the place. Book elsewhere up the road, we had a much nicer experience for 20% less of the cost. Really really disappointed customer.

Bed where terrible didn't sleep for the 2 nights I stayed daughter fell out of the bed while turning in her sleep cracked her head off the bedside locker. Walls are like paper one screaming baby across the hall way from us everyone deserves a break but shouldn't have family's with older children next to rooms with babies and breakfast was pure muck dry hard rashers hard fried eggs we just ended up have soda bread and coffee I have had better cups of tea in Spain very disappointed as was just a family weekend away on a good note it has a pool we used both day's

Nice decor. Waiting staff very pleasant. Food left a lot to be desired!!! I had more enjoyable hospital food.

I am here with a group from Co. Armagh. The location of the hotel is excellent and we were very fortunate to get a room overlooking the river. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All meals are of a high standard. All Staff are very friendly and efficient. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends.

It's a lovely place, with a lively crowd at the bar,and lots of live music. Nice pool and Spa facilities. Not the best for young trendy types, it's kinda old fashioned and formal in appearance.

We arrived in Treacys at 12:30 and we had the pleasant surprise of being told our room is ready if we wanted to head straight up which was brilliant. We arrived in the room and it was huge a single a double and a sofa bed a flatscreen T.V and all the other Essentials. We found the food to be top drawer from breakfast to bar food. The slow inexperience showing by some bar staff dropped points as well as the lack of music in the background of the bar during the day which in result created a dead type athmosphere. I have stayed in Treacys three times now and have always being well rested well looked after and enjoyed my stay. Great hotel with a great location👍🏼

I spent the weekend there with a group of friends (14 altogether, It was my sisters hen weekend). We really couldn't have asked for better, the rooms were lovely and even though we were all on the party floor
I.E. (where other hen and stag parties were) it was still quiet. I couldn't fault the food, breakfast was delicious and the dinner we had booked was out of this world. Not one of us had a complaint about it. It's location to town is also very manageable and if needed taxis are so easy get and quick to come.

Stayed here for 2 nights after finding a deal online. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms were small and the hotel is dated. The food in the bar was reheated and I would not recommend. Good if looking for somewhere cheap to spend a night.

Good hotel, restaurant serves great food in good selection (could have little bit bigger choice of desserts). Room was quite comfortable and modern. Pub downstairs is very nice and they play live music. If you're looking for place to stay I can recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel experience possibly ever. Rooms were basic but fine and staff were polite. Issue was that my room reeked of smoke (even though it was a non smoking room) my clothes smelled of smoke coming out of it. Pillows bedsheets. ..everything permeated by smoke.
