  Stayed here 17 - 21 August 2017. This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. they did not serve snacks during the day. It cost Euro 546 for 4 nights and that did not include breakfast. they charge 7 euro for continental breakfast and we had to request the ham several time and wait 10-15 minutes for them to bring the ham. there was 3 couples and they did not clean our room on the Saturday because they were busy.
  if you go to Galway City do your self a favour and find somewhere else to stay.

  Staying for a week from the UK. Have found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice. We have had lovely breakfasts, that set us up for the day. We have travelled to Achill, Mulranny, The Burren and Cliffs of Mohar and really enjoyed our stay. Thoroughly recommend it.

  Rooms are nice, I like that the windows open, since there is no other form of temperature regulation, and the bathrooms are big. Kind of stinks that breakfast is not included, but it's about a 15 minute walk from Eyre Square so that's nice.

  Basic but cheap, clean & efficient budget hotel option with free car parking. A little distance from town (20 min walk) but that's reflected in the price.

  A very good price and quality of a hotel. Staff are very friendly and excellent at accommodating our needs especially the young gentleman who serviced us at checking in and when we ran into some room issues.
