Staff very friendly and room is extremely big and comfortable. There's a desk and sitting area, a closet, tub with a shower and a good TV. Right off Eyre Square and close to some nice attractions. Take the tour to Conamerra and Cong. Hotel will sell you a ticket and they'll pick you up at the hotel. Prob ably the nicest hotel I've stayed in while I've been in Ireland.

Very nice, very central, staff very professional. The room was everything I needed, wifi was good, some of the tv channels were properly tuned in and even though I have not spent I full night here yet I believe I would come back.

Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. However, I had a top floor room which noises emanating from the roof at night and the shower took nearly 5 minutes before the water become warm enough to step under.

Great hotel just a few annoyances.. Had to run hot tap in Bath to get hit water in shower and the receptionist when checking out lacked any personality Other than that great hotel

Great location close to bars and restaurants. I stay in a triple room. The room had lots of space and the bathroom wasn't bad . The beds were also comfortable.

Great location. Has elevator but most rooms require stairs to access. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, handy for everything in Galway. No AC though and it can get noisy with the window open. Hotel is clean and the beds are fine though not great.

Had a lovely stay here room was a good size, good big bed. Breakfast was very surprisingly tasty for a continental breakfast! Would stay here again when in town!
