  Lovely B&B, very clean and modern. Really friendly owners and the staff were very sound too.Id go back just for the breakfast - definitely the best I've had in any B&B or hotel (or anywhere!) . The only thing to keep in mind is that its about 40minutes walk from the city centre or a tenner in a taxi. The bus stop is a five minute walk but busses only once per hour. Or you can walk 20 minutes to the university where busses are regular. Great place overall. Thanks a million!!

  Very nice place. The breakfast was excellent, quick and yummy. Mike and historia real we're very y kind and helpful always. Ireally recommend this B&B.

  Breakfast buffet was good and the options which were cooked to order were delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
  
  It was a bit futher from the city centre then we had expected but there is a long term parking lot close to the centre, near a shopping mall, where you can park for 4 euros a day.

  This was one of the nicer places I have stayed. The room was large, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast menu had a great choice and was very well cooked, you will not be leaving hungry. And the owners of the house were very nice, and friendly. The B&B is located a ten minute walk from the bus but if you don't fancy that the taxi from Galway city centre was less than €10. If I am staying in Galway again I will be checking if this place has availability.
  P.S. The shower could use a little more water pressure but not enough to knock off any stars.

  We cannot say enough about this B&B. The location is excellent, so close to the city but just outside it. It was easy to find and there was plenty of safe parking.
  The views from the house are spectacular! The warm welcome is just palpable as soon as you arrive. After a long journey we loved the coffee in the sitting room with the big windows over looking the gorgeous view.
  The room was spacious, spotless and luxurious.
  We stayed in room 4 with its huge bed and fabulous mattress. The electric blanket was on for our arrival and we just had to jump in to enjoy the warmth and comfort.
  We enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and a mint chocolate bar which was temptingly sitting in the drawer!
  Mike and Annette were fun to chat with and so knowledgeable and great hosts.
  This B&B is situated on a really quiet road just 100 yards from the main road. We slept soundly and enjoyed the sound of birdsong in the morning.
  The bathroom was spotless and there was plenty of hot water.
  Mike served us the most amazing breakfast at 9am and we were satiated until 4pm. The homemade bread is absolutely amazing.
  We will definitely be back to Kilbree House and already told our friends to stay here if they are in Galway. Thank you to Annette & Mike for everything.
