  The rooms are very large and the bathroom is the same with the big shower and it is fairly close to the city centre. Now with the negatives. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the person running this place to check us in. The walls and ceilings are thin so you hear people walking around above you and lucky enough to have people next door to us come in at 2 a.m. and we could hear every word they're saying and there are four of them in one room . that is just bad policy. I gave it three stars because of the great room but there is no way I'd stay here again. There was no breakfast and it was pricier than hotels that have breakfast.

  The bedroom and the bathroom were nice.
  Microwave, kettle and sink in the corridor at each floor, very convenient.
  The Lady at the breakfast was very friendly, good advice for surfing beaches.
  impasse with parking.
  -
  No local on the ground floor to let your staff (we were travelling by motorbike and camping on 3 weeks) we had everything up to the second floor (pitch, BBQ, tarp )
  Welcome nonexistent evening: You need to wait for somebody coming to give the keys, no information about where to eat, how to get into town
  Basic continental breakfast: white bread or wholemeal, 2 jams, tea, coffee, orange juice.
  
  With 14 rooms, this is not a B & B but a small affordable hotel :) (49€ the night)
