Good food in the bar/restaurant. Always availability. Love the goats cheese and beetroot salad. My favourite.

This hotel is in a lovely town with plenty of shops. Hotel is lovely. But could be doing with a better range of TV channels

I am extremely discussed with the service of the staff in this hotel, I am from tuam and have been goin to this hotel at least once a week since I was a child and my family are there a couple times a week and have held events there, on st. Patrick's day I was in with all my family having food and I went up to the bar to get a drink for me and my cousin where I was told I had enough drink and would not be served I had thought this was a joke as nether me or my cousin had been drinking that day so I waited patiently for 25 minutes I was then told to leave and that I would not be served I questioned this and was very aggressively told to leave again I have never been disrespected or humiliated like this before and did not give any reason for this to happen as I am always polite and courteous.
