  A very comfortable stay away from the bustle of town and yet not too far a walk from the city attractions. A lovely walk along the park bordering the waterfront.

  Sunrise lodge is on a small street overlooking the bay. The owners are very friendly, and even greeted us by name at the door after a long day sightseeing. We stayed in the attic room, which had plenty of room and was exactly as depicted on their Web site.

  Lovely hotel and friendly hosts. Breakfasts are included, with hot plates cook upon request, and salad, cereal, and beverage as buffet. We lived in an attic room (we knew that when we booked it, it's cheaper) , it was comfy with a small window, you don't even need to bend your back in most of the area. The hotel is approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk from central Galway.

  Good location for the beach. Salthill is a 5 minute walk to the right, good for a quick bite to eat or sitting in the pub. Galway is a 15 minutes walk to the left, good for shops and historic tourist spots. It's nice and clean, quiet, and comfortable. Includes breakfast, convenient parking, and had at least 9 rooms.

  This was better then any hotel ov ever stayed in the owner met me at the door and was so nice the hole way trough the stay and could not do enough to help it was the nicest place iv ever stayed and the cleanest

  the breakfast was lovely; very good & quite filling. the room was comfortable, clean, charming. the bathroom was roomy & clean w/toiletries. host was very helpful & amenable to satisfying our every need. quiet location. quick walk to either galway or salt hill.

  This is a little gem of a place to stay. Owners are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are gleaming, beautiful furnished with panoramic sea views. I loved it. Excellent breakfast too.

  We booked into the B&B next door called the White house. There are about 5 B&B's in a row here in Ocean Drive. When we arrived our B&B's car spaces out the front were full, there were some cars parked near the footpath across from all B&B's so we parked across also. Before we had gotten out of the car the Owner of this B&B Sunrise was shouting at us to move. We asked what he was shouting about and that we were staying next door and he yelled it was private property to move our car. We said it as a public road and others were parked there but yelled again "Prove it" and when we asked him for his name he spun around and slammed the door. We then had to go back out to the car 15mins later to bring in some more things and he came out again demanding that we move the car.
  
  SO rude and most definitely not a nice welcome to Salthill or Ocean Drive!!
