I stayed in the hotel for a night With my boyfriend and the hospitality there was amazing , each staff member went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic ! I went for my 20th birthday and I’ve often went to hotels where I’ve been looked for upon because I’m young
The receptionists were extremely friendly giving us a warm welcome , the waiters and waitresses during dinner were extremely polite and efficient, we went to the cameo cinema which was also lovely ! I couldn’t of asked for a better stay

Just back from a two day break at this hotel for our anniversary. We wanted something a bit special and we were certainly not disappointed. Every member of their team was pleasant and friendly, executive room was large and really nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner. This is a real hidden gem very close to the city yet in really quiet street. It is very clear that this is a really well managed boutique hotel. Treat yourself.

It was our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration.we spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel, we will remember our stay forever. The reception staff was super friendly, the food and drink was delicious, the room had lovely views, the spa treatment was very relaxingwe could not fault anything. Thank you, Montenotte, we loved our stay ❤❤

“The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I ordered a fries with coke and then a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate ice cream. This place is the best”- My 7 year old brother.

I had a spa treatment which I could not fault. It was absolutely beautiful! However, the restaurant was lacking. One staff member came across as snarky. My glass was dirty and had to be replaced (which I would have overlooked if the service wasn't so slow!). The food was quite lovely, all the same.

Went here for Sunday Lunch yesterday for my mom's 80th Birthday. What a fantastic menu and when we received the food it was delicious to say the least,. There were 20 of us and everyone said the same. Plenty potatoes and vegetables too and excellent service. Definitely going back. A beautiful hotel too with fantastic views of the city. Lovely background music. 5 stars from me Frances Mitchell

Amazing hotel with great customer service all round. Lovely view of Cork (especially magical at night) lovely breakfast, but stop deepfrying your sausages! Honestly, as a fussy person I could not fault any part of our experience therewell done!

I brought my other half here for a weekend getaway as a present for her birthday and it was one of the best trips we had so far in Ireland. The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly and went above and beyond to make this a special weekend for us. The spa and gym are very well organised and equipped. And the food OMG, I was so full I couldn't sleep!! We made dinner reservations for the birthday dinner, a 3 course meal included in the packet deal, and it was unbelievable! Portions we beyond generous, we were almost full with the starters! There was live music as well with a pianist playing some light jazz. We will definitely visit again.

A beautiful hotel, nice rooms, nice view. Service at the bar can be a bit slow. We were shown to a table but no one came to serve us, so we had to go to the bar to order there and carry our own drinks to the table. I did not appreciate that. But room service on the other hand was great.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and decor. The pool and gym are well kept and we'll equipped. Ask for a room with a view if possible because some overlook the city. The residents bar closes early that's the only downside.

Stayed here last August. Was fortunate to stay shortly after the major refurb. Brilliant hotel and can't wait to return. The hotel has two major advantages that many hotels don't have. The terrace overlooking Cork is lovely for sitting having breakfast or tea on a sunny morning. Also the staff are all consistently professional, polite and diligent, everyone from front of house, to bar staff and cleaning staff were all very polite. Often hotels have cold staff going through the motions and one or two staff who stand out as being nice.

Went there for dinner with my family. The views over the city are fabulous, the garden will be a great addition to the scene.
The food was faultless, take the scallops starter: divine. The kids portions are huge
