Brilliant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great and a very relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere to the place. Food and drinks menus are excellent. Particularly loved the executive lounge that we had use of as we stayed in a deluxe room on the 5th floor. We enjoyed a fantastic honeymoon there and would love to visit again!

Went here for evening dinner. The service was excellent with really friendly and professional staff. The food was divine - they have great vegetarian and fish options. The bar on the river has a lovely atmosphere

Staff were wonderful during our stay and offered lots of recommendations for day trips and places to eat. The only drawback to our stay was the "view" from our room - we pretty much looked into a white wall. Not a big deal since we were out most of the day but a bit disappointing as a first impression. We also got 2 beds, one double and 1 single - a bit strange as we were travelling as a couple, we just left the small bed unused. It was really nice to have a Nespresso machine in our room, with a good selection of coffees. The location is super central, a 10 min walk to city centre and 20min drive to Blarney Castle.

Excellent service and location. The river view from the bar is the main attraction for this hotel. We stayed in Room 338, and there were a few issues. First, the shower had a bit of mold and rust. Second, the carpet in the room was coming up at the transition. Lastly, the lights were out in the entire hallway wing where our room was located. Overall, an okay stay but it was not worth the price.

Very nice and modern hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. It's about a 10 minute walk into the center of Cork so location is good as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going to Cork.

The beds are really comfortable. The location from town is a perfect distance, not too close. Parking underneath is perfect. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite hotels when I'm in Cork. The location is perfect to explore the town and being on the river is very scenic as well. You get access to the sports club within which includes a decent sized swimming pool.
The bar is a great meeting place as it caters for the wind down late evening or the just about to start out on the town scenarios. A good range of drinks and very helpful staff. Great selection of whiskey which is always a sign of a good bar!response / report this review -

Met up with family. Food is fabulous. We didn't bother going out for food as bar food was awesome. Breakfast was the best I've ever had( I love a cooked breakfast) Easy walk to town. Very impressed.
