Best customer service ever experienced, stayed open late to accommodate my work hours, and was even ok that i was running a little bit late.would highly recommend any one looking for household appliances. Thanks for the help Eric. We will deffinetly be back.

Highly recommend this company. Wanted to change my fireplace from coal to gas but wasn't sure. After a visit to their showroom and a few phone calls (where I spoke to the same person who dealt with me in showroom..bonus) I had no trouble making up my mind. We now have a lovely gas fire fitted. Its so clean and modern looking, very happy.

I would have no hesitation recommending The Gas Company to my friends. I found the staff very knowledgeable answering queries about gas installations and their after sales service. I found their staff helpful in answering queries about the many gas products they have on display.
As a disabled person, I also found The Gas Company premises very user friendly due to the readily availability of free parking bays just outside.

I would highly recommend The Gas Company. I found them extremely friendly, profession and efficient. Nothing seemed to be a problem that couldn't be sorted out, be it technical or esthetic, and it was to my satisfaction. I wouldn't look anywhere else, I doubt you would get the same service anywhere else.

It so hard to get to this place,Palmerston is a pain in the neck to get into or out on to the main road, I have a feeling the Gas Company does not have many gas fitters hence you could be waiting for an appliance to be fitted for ages.

Got a new fire fitted by the Gas Company late last year and I must say they were excellent to deal with. My job was unusual in that there was no gas piping in the room where my fire was to be fitted. Instead of digging up the whole house the guys advised (and organised) to take supply from outside the house and come through the outside wall. Nothing was a problem for these guys and they had the job done in 1 day!! Very professional people and would highly recommend this company!

Fed up with blinkin heating bills so talked to these guys about how to control heat in the house better. They put in a themostat system last October and since then there's been even heat throughout the house AND my gas bill has gone down! Recommended to a friend who got the same thing done. He's delighted too!

Called to the showrooms as I was interested in upgrading my solid fuel fire. Eric sized my room and advised the output required. At the time the stove seemed very small to me compared to the open fire. Well I have to say he was spot on. The recent cold and wet spell was easily defeated by the output, indeed at times I put more than enough on the fire resulting in it being necessary to leave the door ajar, My fuel consumption has diminished and a bonus is the room retains the heat overnight, presumably as the open chimney is no longer.
Erick told me where to find an installer Tom who was super efficient in carrying out the installation (no dirt in the room so I didn't incur the wrath of my wife), Tom was here and gone without any hassle. Well done lads

Very friendly and helpful staff when I was purchasing my gas stove. I paid a deposit in November 2015 and stove arrived in to Dublin early 2016. It took almost 5 months to have it fitted between wrong and broken parts which had to be replaced together with their fitter's non availability. It is now 1 YEAR since I paid my deposit. I haven't been able to use this expensive purchase yet. The fitter provided by The Gas Company never returns calls or texts. The instruction manual says the customer MUST be shown how to use the appliance. A disgrace!
