Staying at this hotel for a few days its beautiful food is great staff very helpful and friendly a big swimming pool which i will try out today would recommend for people to stay here

Nice hotel. Good bar food, restaurant average. Could definitely do with improving the breakfast buffet, badly lacking for non fry people. Very friendly staff and lovely pool for both adults and kids.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel last Thursday for my birthday. From the moment we entered we were treated with kindness. The service was out of this world. I told them at reception it was my birthday and lo and behold an hour later a special happy birthday gift arrived at our room. The staff are unbelievable and ready to help at any time. I guess this is due to good management and to mention one Gary from the restaurant is out on his own. He is the perfect leader for any restaurant. You can tell by how happy the staff who work with him are. As I stated before this is the place to go be it as a couple or a family with kids. We were seated beside a family with 2 little girls and they added to the occasion. I was dumbfounded when they sang Happy Birthday to be during presentation of the desert. A lovely thought. We will be going back there for every special occasion, like birthdays and anniversaries.

I couldn't recommend anywhere else highly enough if your visiting with kids. Our kids loved their stay here and can't wait to go back. We will definitely be visiting again. The food was good, the staff very accommodating and the girls running the kids club were fantastic. Our 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son can't wait to go back. It was worth the 4 hour drive up from Cork.

The service is not to quick and the busier they are the less friendly they get. I also find it expensive if you want a late night drink but ok for the country music nights

Friendly staff good food and quiet pool area. I did find the sheets on the bed a little too starchy even after they were changed.

The McWilliam have excellent service, there staff are do warm and friendly even when they are under pressure they still have a smile for the customer,i can't rate them highly enough.i really look forward to my stay
