Great staff, simple rooms, homely food. Easy location with good public transport just a few klm from the city. Big thanks to Jason at the bar for finding me a game day ticket!

The Hotel itself was nice, but what really made the experience wonderful was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and eager to recommend activities all around Dublin. I lost my phone at the hotel and wasn't able to get it before I came back home to the states and they were able to arrange it to be sent to me. The restaurant in the hotel was DELICIOUS and very fairly priced. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity to go back to Dublin.

Ordered an all day breakfast. I was served by one of the owners wife's, who has zero customer skills arrogant and rude, I can only describe it as an all week fry ie there a week an bunged in the microwave, my wife noticed her sneering when she saw us turning the burned to a crisp egg over in disbelief the rashers and sausages pudding and chips were no better, a disgrace. The barman Jason was very professional in dealing with the complaint. But as she served us she should have apologised and dealt with it. We have observed her treating other customers the same on numerous occasions. Absolute muck and heard her say I don't see any thing wrong with it. A few years ago we attended an x mass faulty towers experience show in one of the function rooms. Seems this woman thinks its a bench mark for running a business. She will be getting a visit from a couple of relevant authorities, let see if she sneers in their face. Loads of hotels in Dublin don't ruin your vacation visiting this one.

I'm writing this from the room. If I wanted a hostel I would have gone to one. The room is barely larger than the room, the closet can't hold a carry on bag, and their carpenter may have failed shop class. We can't use the space downstairs because of private parties (which we can hear through the walls).

Lovely setting for a family get together. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to our group. Will definitely return.

I was there for a wedding reception and I have to say it was lovely. The bride was super happy with the great attention they provided and the organisation services. The lady on the reception was amazing, huge smile and adorable customer care. Would recommend it for sure.

Terrible, absolute rip off, €300 to €400 for one night for the night of the U2 concert on the 22nd July 2017. Incorrectly advertised for €50 approx per night, Typicall Dublin, welcome to Ireland !!!
