A complete disgrace, the hotel itself isn't so bad but the staff!! I don't even no where to begin. I'm going to make a Long story short because I wouldn't waste my time on them. We Got one key to a double room, when my roommate fell asleep and didn't open the door all hell broke loose. I will admit I had a few beers but was in no way aggressive all I wanted was my bed. But the bouncer didn't see it that way and kept telling me if I didn't stop asking to get into my room he would put me on the street and he would slit my throat if I didn't shut up. When I asked to speak to a manager they said what hotel in the world would have a manager working at 2am in the morning. (Probably the busiest weekend of the year for the hotel) when some guy came out and I asked could I get a key to my room he got aggressive and told me one key per room. When I told him I had paid for the room his response was he would refund me and put me sleeping on the pavement!! I've stayed in hotels all over the world but I'm ashamed to say that in my home country I got abused like this!! It was disgraceful and I'd never step fun in the place again. And just before the say it's a lie a guest who I didn't know heard all and tried to defend me but none of the staff wanted to know. The staff should be ashamed of themselves and Managers questioned on there ability to run the hotel

Rooms dated, hot water tap in bath tub was turned off!!! Had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was horrible. One to avoid.

Location is perfect one of the cleanest and well maintained hotel's I've ever stayed in.The staff are so friendly and nice must say the staff at the breakfast in the morning were brilliant couldn't do enough for us lovely food good drink nice warm friendly atmosphere perfect place to stay for a break highly recommend this hotel..

Very friendly staff there was in March 2015. All in all very recommended. Live music were also there!
