I have been to this hostel 3 times so far and I am sure it is not my last time. It is such a wonderful place to stay. Cozy, very clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. This is the only hostel I have ever been to that has bathtubs! They have a great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. You can also use cooking oil and salt for free. The hostel has a great walk-in fridge where you can store your food. Free light breakfast is included in the price (toast, butter, jam, cereal, milk) and it is served between 7:30 and 10 am. Also, you can have some tea and coffee with milk through whole day for free! The dining area is wonderful, spacious, with candles in the evening and the music is playing the whole time so you can really enjoy your meal. The hostel also has a beautiful reading room, with lots of books about Ireland. There is also a TV with DVD, and they have lots of movies that you can watch. The room also has a fire place with fire burning during the evening. There is also a bar and a game room. WiFi is good around the reception area, dining room, kitchen, bar and the reading/TV room, but because this is an older building with thicker walls, it is hard to get a reception in the rooms. There is a beautiful garden area around the hostel where you can sit and relax. Pubs and grocery stores are just a few minutes walking distance. But the best part about this hostel is the staff. Everybody is so kind and helpful - especially Donna and Sebastian at the front desk who are so friendly and make your stay at this hostel even better. I would definitely recommend this hostel to everybody. It is a perfect place after you visit Cliffs of Moher or if you just want have a relaxing stay in a charming little town Lisdoonvarna.

This hostel is roomy and beautifully landscaped! The bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. The people at the front desk are very polite and helpful. One woman actually helped send my forgotten necklace back home to me! This hostel is fairly close to Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher, so if you are adventurous, I highly suggest making the trek out there 😊

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable,relaxing, friendly staff. Free continental breakfast in the morning. Beautiful garden area to sit and relax. Sebastian at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and will give you direction to the best sites this area has to offer. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Cozy hostel with nice, spacious rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there. The service is very nice and helpful. They organize very good events for their gests.

You get what you pay for. It is not expensive, don't expect more than a bed !

Cons:

Basically, they should not advise that they have washing mashines since they are always occupied by the staff cleaning the sheets. The two washing machines are not made for industrial cleaning, they are housing appliances. Therefore, they break often and do not clean or dry properly since they are overused.

Also, they accept young children in large dorm rooms so that is quite annoying when it happens, I mean a group of young adults with children in the room do not mix well in my opinion.

Pros:
On the great side, the staff there is simply amazing, really friendly and there to help you !

Conclusion:
Overall, it was a nice place to stay but since it is far from everything and hard to reach places if you don't have a car, I would not come back or recommend this place to people for all the reasons mentioned above.
