Stopped in for drinks while in Lisdoonvarna. The bar staff was very helpful in recommending a delicious medium dry cider they had recently begun offering.

The Rathbaun Hotel serve the best fish n chips I've had in a long time. Beer battered Cod with home made tartare sauce, chips and salad. Also tried the fish caserole which was hearty and tasty. Great portions at good prices.

From 8pm they have Irish bands playing a mix of folk songs until 12. Great atmosphere for dinner!

Had a blast listening to Traditional Irish music in their bar! The banjo player was incredible!! Little tip for international travelers: the shop in front does currency exchange with no commission. From what I could tell, they have Irish music every night beginning at 8pm.

Owners were very nice and very knowledgeable about attractions and suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area! Rooms are very nice, lots of tea/coffee choice in room. Only negative shower stall is a bit small if your a big guy, and beds are very firm. Overall, had a pleasant and would stay again!
