Can't give this restaurant high enough a rating. From ambience to decor to staff to menu everything is top of the range. Don't be put off by Michelin star, no airs and graces here, proper food, served exquisitely. Possibly the best meal of my life. Will definitely come here again

Heartily recommend the taster menu with wine accompaniment - a special treat and experience. Food and wine were beautiful, staff very friendly and put you at your ease. Great pre dinner cocktails too.

I was in Dublin for 5 days attending a training session. I took the opportunity to nip out one evening to Chapter One as I'd heard a lot about it. So glad I did!
Food was superb with innovation and technique combing to great effect. Beautifully presented, interesting and above all damned tasty dishes just kept coming! Also the matching wines were brilliant with 3 that I couldn't initially envisage working with the dish but to my surprise were brilliant matches. In particular a Pedro Ximinez matched with the amazing milk and honey dessert was amazing.
Service too was warm and genuine throughout. All in all a memorable experience in all the right ways!

Had lunch here on a whim and very glad I did. Service is top quality, but still very warm and friendly. Food was really very good for the most part. Mackerel was utterly sublime, some of the later dishes failed to reach that standard for me, but were still very pleasant. Really enjoyable dining experience.

Food and wine was just fabulous and atmosphere was so relaxing and refreshing. We had reserved our special birthday and anniversary booth which made the evening more private and romantic. We went for tasting menu with matching wines. It was the best choice we could have made because wine matched food just perfectly, taste was so complementary and made food pop even more. I recommend everyone to try out the tasting menu as the food was just unreal. All my tasting buds were excited. Just amazing.

Best meal I have had in last 5 years. It's not unusual to have a great appetizer, a great main course or a great dessert. But how often do you have all 3? Nice atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommended.
