Great hostess ,minutes to bus routes. Very clean friendly staff. Would've given more stars but lack of common areas after breakfast
I only stayed there one night, for an overnight layover, but it was very nice, the bed was soft, everything was clean, the people were nice, wifi was great, and the food was good, even for a picky eater like me, would definitely recommend to someone else or go again
Fantastic B&B in Dublin. The rooms are very cosy. The wifi worked great. The breakfast was excellent. Best of all the couple of run the place are the nicest people you can meet. They are essentially a local guide that want to help you in any way they can. I would recommend staying at this place. They have parking as well if you rented a car.
Stayed one night and it was great! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning family style that was fun to dine with other guests. Highly recommended!
Efficient, friendly service. Good breakfast.
So cute! Now I always want to stay at a b&b. Breakfast is free and food is from local farms. Would def stay here again.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean room and a very good breakfast with home-made and local stuff. It may be good to know that there are breakfast options and you'll get the Irish breakfast by default, which (like an English breakfast) is too heavy for my taste. It's about a 10 minutes walk to the bus to get to the city center, mostly on a broad road with beautiful houses.
We really appreciated the warm welcome. Lodging was cozy and comfortable. Home is adorable family atmosphere makes it so much more comfortable than bigger B&Bs and hotels. Host was friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgeable about the country and history. Great location near airport and local eateries. Would definitely return! Thank you Brian.
Julie & Brian could not have been more accommodating, they were the most friendly and helpful people who treated us like friends from the outset. they were so helpful and informative - from places of interest, places to eat and drink, to "local" bars with the typical Irish welcome. The Annandale family atmosphere was the most perfect of introduction to the beautiful historical city of Dublin.
Annandale guest house was clean, homely and very comfortable. Thank you Julie, Brian & family for a lovely Irish Break - even if we didn't get the result at the Rugby we would have wished for. Bev, Kevin, Phil & Jacqui (AKA - the Welsh!!)
