The hotel room was clean and comfortable but overall did not enjoy staying here. The food we had for dinner was bad, burnt and dry. Reception are not the friendliest. On the bright side, beakfast was nice and breakfast staff were friendly. The hotel is more of a place you'd stay if you were having a few drinks with friends/ladies night - not anywhere you'd go for a romantic stay.

Very stylish hotel. Hotel staff where very pleasent and professional. Room was clean, well kept and sleek. Room had iron and iron board a little touch I appreciate. There is a Thai restaurant in the hotel which was also very good.

Very much a boutique hotel inside. Staff very friendly and the food was also good. Ate in the Thai restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was good too. Ask for a road facing room as the bar to the back was noisey until late even with the windows closed on the 6th floor.

We were put into room 109 right above the smoking area. If you opened the window the not only was it loud the smell of smoke greeted you. We had no A.C. in this room. We went to ask could we change room and without question we were moved to room 716. Much better, quite with A.C. thank you.

Great hotel with a real boutique and funky feel to it. Restaurant has, however, gone way down hill since our last visit. No longer run by Thai chefs, the food is OK at best. I got a lot of conflicting advice on allergens and just didn't feel that they knew what they were talking about. Really didn't feel happy that I wasn't going to get poisoned.

Really worth staying after eye operation. Quiet in rooms and staff so obliging and really helpful. Reception excellent and room service on time and staff couldn't do more for us. Bed is really comfortable and all comforts provided, toiletries first class and lovely. It was expensive to stay but well worth it. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel, and a retro lobby with the best Guinness and Jameson Pairing. The mushroom soup is the best appetizer on the restaurant below. The staff is always helpful. One day, I had jet lag and wanted a coffee at 4AM and I asked he said "no but I will make one though momentarily" (his name is Parker). I love this place.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Very good location and excellent staff. In the restaurant, I changed my mind to have dinner in my room after I placed the order. And they did it! Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel have stayed here numerous times and each time better than the last - The rooms are lovely and the pent house is an unbelievable stay. the crystal bar is a nice place for a few drinks also. highly recommended
