Good hotel with decent sized rooms. Location is convenient as it is just a short walk away from the Kota Kasablanca mall. Other malls are a short taxi ride away. My room was overlooking a cemetery, which might bother some people (I personally didn't have an issue with it - it was a very nicely maintained Christian cemetery).

Paid extra 510000 for early check in at 9am cos check in is too late & I’m really tired from e early flight Felt it’s a bit unfriendly as I did a early check in for free 2 weeks ago in Novotel impact Thailand.. Room is large but has really bad lightings. Only 6 small little spotlights.. not to mention I couldn’t find e switch for 1 of it It’s really a strain to e eyes.. Can’t open e curtains cos my room is facing an office opposite. The aircon is not cooling too, it’s was 34 degrees that day. Sound proof is bad, I’m a light sleeper so I really dunno how many times I waked up to voices & noises outsides my room.. Furniture looks vintage, bed Is comfy, Swimming pool looks old. Actually everything looks old.. The only pros, it’s near to Kota kasablanka & staffs are friendly. But the route there can be kinda complicated with e whole stretch of bikers sitting along e road .. But the hotel security also checked e vehicles going into e hotel and there’s security scan for people going in it too..

The place it self clean, nice n tidy. How ever the road to go that place is horrible and terrifying due to the street to passed by vehicles very narrowing and need more skill to pass that road. Sorry that I have to give 2 stars

Great hotel, with best restaurant in it. They use eco-washer for the toilet, not everybody comfortable with that. For anyone who prefer more traditional way to do their "business", simply find the double-big-swinging door at the corner between wing A and wing B. Inside, you'll find a door with a "private" label on it. You can do your "business" there comfortably. My favorite is at 7th floor, near the Mushola.
The mini bar inside the refrigerator at the room are all free. Coca cola and sprite are also will be reloaded every day. Just remember your glucose level guys.
Clinic is available at B2 floor. Ask the hotel for more information.
You have to change lift at L or B1 floor to get access to the B2 floor (parking area).
Over all, this is a great hotel. Love it.

The worst internet ever! If you need a working internet stay away from Parklane. If you wanna relax and being offline all days you should go for this hotel.
Gym could be improved at least a bit- no mineral water available. But the hotel is nice, the staff is kind and the breakfast is good. Compared to price they offer good quality- except the wifi. I really need that and a stable wifi is standard especially in such hotel- therefore two stars only.

The room was very clean, neat and tidy. They look after the building very well! Superb breakfast menu, with Indonesian and japanese cuisine, variety of bread and cakes, ice cream, etc. Meatballs and sushi are my favourite ones!

Its only a 5 minutes walk to one of the biggest shopping centre in south jakarta. The breakfast is great with many variety of foods. The room is a little too classic for my taste but overall it was a pleasant stay

Superb breakfast. Even has bacon! Maintenance is very good and bathrooms are nice. Air conditioning worked well. Beds are very comfortable. Location is walking distance to Kota Kasablanca mall.

5 Stars hotel located near mal Kokas, the street in front of hotel is very crowded and jammed until night late. But inside the hotel, you could find comfortable atmosphere and lively.

This is a super awesome hotel with great pool and beautiful decoration around the pool. The gym is decent and complete enough. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, don't forget to ask for the marketing person Dedi Siregar the guy can help u with a lot of things.

Very bad experiences, things which we left in the fridge in our room have disappeared. The hotel management told us there was nothing found. So better not to bring belongings to that hotel unless you wanna dispose of them.

This hotel located in central of Jakarta. Located near a big shopping center which is Casablanca mall. You can reach it by public transportation such as train or bus. The nearest train station is Tebet. The room is very cozy, good meeting room. And the most interesting is the buffet meal is very complete and delicious

Muslims beware!! They prepare pork in their kitchen! And It's a perdy run down hotel as well, like something out of the 80s .. the staff are mostly nice but the guys at the reception are a mixed bag! And the guy that answers the room service phone is exceptionally rude. The only real advantage to this hotel is their proximity to kota kasablanca shopping mall + their spacious rooms and comfortable beds. This should be the last time I stay here for sure.

I was so disappointed on this second visit to the hotel. Cable TV is not working, i followed up twice but they said cable TV provider is still fixing it. Until the next day, still not working. The mini-bar cabinet in the room is damaged, its door cannot be closed/cannot fit. The toiletries are not complete and it seems that toiletries were not replenished for new occupants (e.g. only few pieces of facial tissue left). 😞😞😞😞

If you are from a very developed country, this hotel would feel more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star. The hotel is generally very neat and clean. The facilities feels kinda "just enough" to satisfy you but not enough to impress you. A cafe, pool, poolside bar, and gym. The saving grace is the pool with amazing view. The price for this hotel one the lowest amongst 5-stars hotel, but if u serach diligently you might be able to find a 5-star hotel which is newer and better than this.

The Park Lane Jakarta is neat and good hotel, provided with standard 4 star hotel faciliy. Located in the heart of South Jakarta stategically near to Shopping Center Such as Lotte Shopping Avenue, Kuningan City and Mall Ambasador (2Km), and Kota Kasabalanka, ease the guests to hang out, chill and dine in 4 hits shopping center.
Business activity? The hotel also ease to access South Jakarta Business District, Kuningan.

Not one of the 'grand' hotels in terms of size, it offers guests a more cozy and relaxed ambience, a feeling of, "I'm home". Riva bar felt the same, lived its relatively small area, it felt more secure and personal.

Despite the local law of no smoking in public places, restaurants included, they still have smoking at the Riva restaurant in the hotel. The non smoking area is separated by a line on the floor. The smoke from the cigarettes permeates the whole restaurant.
