Not so near to main road. Abt 10~15 min walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre.
Poor street light illumination may not be so comfortable for some to walk at night. Nevertheless, it's quite safe unless one create "revealing opportunity".
Rm is reasonably clean. For those who likes quietness is good cos of low crowd.

Rooms quite large and modern bathrooms. Fairly clean (by Indonesian standards). Quiet location. Certainly better than most hotels in this price category.

A good place to stay near by center of business in Batam. But if you want, there are other places that you can choose to stay closer to main road.
